Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. Thank you Taj for the amazing service and hospitality. See you soon.

Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa in Goa. Very simply, 5* luxury, 5* staff, 5* room and 5* holiday... The staff are very friendly and attentive and will help with all needs. The grounds are attended to perfection and the layout with the rooms works really well.

The resort is nearly perfect. The location, the layout, the grounds, the sounds of the waves, the conveniently placed sun beds and outdoor furnishing near the beach, the food, service are pefect. Every aspect is well thought of. The true stars of this property are the staff members. They are fantastic and that is the main attraction of this resort. They go way above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Every member of the staff that we encountered did their best to add to our experience and make our stay comfortable. We were checked in and checked out by Drisha. She gave us a fantastic room and kept checking up on us during the entirety of our stay. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and shopping nearby whenever we asked for them. We had many conversations with her about the area and our feed back which she was constructively took and told us about their throught process which was also a valid consideration. She also told about us about the amount of effort and thought that give into room allocation and it really shows you the behind the scene work that Taj does to give a great experience to their guests. She even gave a gift to my wife. Such thoughtful touches really add to your experience and elevate your stay. There was another female staff member who was there in a blue uniform at the time of check in and check out, she remebered my children and gave them parting gifts. These things really add to your experience as children also fondly remember such places and want to revisit such places. Unfortunately I could not get her name. Sailly at the Travel desk was also fantastic. She would arrange cars for most unorthodox places that go beyond the usual tourist destinations and would also find drivers familiar with the area you wanted to go so that you have smooth experience. One day all the cabs from the hotel were booked but she still found something for us for our late request. All the hotel cabs are in excellent conditions and every driver they have is reliable and courteous. I would strongly recommend that every one book their cabs through the travel desk you will have a smooth experience and everyone's grouch in Goa seems to be cabs but Taj Holiday Village through Sailly has overcome that and created a great experience. Excecutive Chef Somnath Singh Rakesh and Ms. Sandhya from Caravella organised a special occasion celebration for us impromptu. Executive Chef Somnath Singh Rakesh even shared his number with us to take up anything we needed from him or the kitchen, a gesture which was appreciated. Sandhya at Caravela was also great and engaged with out children. I told her that may be they should have more starter options as feedback and without any further request she and another male staff member in a white shirt got starters made especially for us. This same person in white shirt on the night of 11th also got great mocktails made for us when we left it on him to give us good recommendations for drinks. The staff

We booked 02 Rooms for 02 Nights . Expert Front office Team will 100% spoil your check in process , Rude Staff , No Courtesy and Highly Unprofessional team . The Unskilled Front office team allotted us dirty rooms that too 3pm and the check in time is 2.pm The Entire stay we were struggling to Experience so called Taj Services .I mean the overall experience was so depressing that cannot put it in words . I would suggest Mr. Miglani to rename the Hotel to Ginger Holiday Village , Even a Ginger Hotel has better standards and services than Taj Holiday village.

This is a well-kept, expertly managed property. The staff are not simply accommodating, but they are friendly and responsive. We were very happy with our room and the servicing of it. The breakfast buffet is an impressive feat that is a marvel to see staged everyday with such professionalism and delectable, myriad food choices. The grounds were well occupied, but we always felt the expanse of the premises and enjoyed privacy. Also, the Banyan Tree Restaurant on the premises is excellent! We ate two meals there.

I have been on umpteen visits to this hotel and always loved it. This time though our experience was average. Even though their staff is superb - Caravela staff, Housekeeping, pool attendants (special thanks to Mr Sahu there) and all the buggy drivers who transport you with a smile. We didnt know that 2 days(more as setting up started earlier) out of our 5 day stay will be marred by a wedding, which had common areas being taken over, wedding organizers all over setting up stuff, loud wedding band playing night & day, extreme loud music playing next to pool in daytime which made us leave the pool. Both pool & beach areas turned into very garish wedding venues and unusable by other guests. A fair thing would have been to email people who had booked during this period about the wedding and let them decide whether to continue with their booking or not. We surely would not have continued, had we known that half of our stay duration would be a loud wedding.

Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa has been a home for me and my family in Goa since years and every time we have a wonderful experience. The staff is so warm and welcoming. The hotel has an option of having breakfast at two places either Holiday Village Resort or Fort Aguada Resort so guests can choose any place to have breakfast. The sundowner cocktails and starters were very good and the sunset looks mesmerising. The restaurant Paper Moon has delicious Italian menu and Andrew suggested me options as per my choices. Even the seafood restaurant Morisco has a lip smacking Goan menu to try out. Caravela restaurant has the beautiful view of the sea and the service given by Vishwanath, Melwin, Roni’s, Shreedhar and Alex was impeccable. Ruati at House of Nomads made lovely tody for me for my cold. Housekeeping staff was very good and helped me keep the room neat and tidy. Bhagyashree went miles to make my stay comfortable and arranged foot soak for me and also steam as I had cold and could get a good sleep after that. Rahul and Veeru from housekeeping are too good in their work and kept the room neat. The front office manager Shilpi and her team were very warm and welcoming. Especially Dheeraj and Saloni were concerned throughout my stay right from my arrival till my checkout. Also Manthan, Josepha and Madhur were very helpful and inspite of busy times they were always ready to help out with a big smile. The concierge services are very prompt and the car they used to make it available soon. Sudesh from concierge was very helpful and prompt. A very big thank you to Derek and Shradha for their concern throughout my stay. They made sure my choices were met. Derek and Taj Holiday Village these two names go together as I call him the brand ambassador of this property. Since decades I have been coming with my parents and Derek has always been there. He is an asset to this property and a great guide for the new comers. Also a big thank you to the General Manager for all his concern. Thank you for the great service amd making my stay memorable and wishing the entire team all the best for a bright future.

This is my sixth consecutive pre Christmas and Pre New Year’s Eve visit to goa on my daughter’s birthday. This time we stayed at Taj Holiday Village Resort and Spa, Goa from 20/12/24 to 24/12/24, my room no. is 2031 booked with breakfast only. The property is very beautiful with very long beach front and private beach side tables which are belongs to only taj guests this is amazing. The property is very clean and maintained. Our checkin was done by Miss. Josefa she has very welcoming face and gesture. We had a very good conversation with her and she is very helpful. The buggy ride was always very amazing during my whole stay my wife daughter son and myself also enjoyed the buggy ride very much. The room is good and location is also very appreciating. The bed size was also good and the extra bed was also very cozy and comfortable and well adjusted in the room. The Buffet Breakfast was very good with very vast verity of choice. The food is very taste and preparation was very neat and clean. Take a breakfast at the beach with lyrical music of ocean waves was mesmerising. The family pool was very good and depth is very good. Greenery everywhere in the resort which is very soothing. Mr. Shridhar and Pankaj.T was very helpful during the breakfast and dinner time. Both of them are very attentive and serving very well. The banyan tree restaurant ambience and outdoor of the restaurant was very good and the food was also very tasty and different my children’s enjoyed the food and ambience alot. There is everywhere Christmas decoration is their which look very fantastic. The guards are very attentive and welcoming face with very disciplined behaviour. There is a very nice walk through around the resort every time in the morning evening & night. Night lighting was very good and attractive. Beach is just few steps from the resort and the water of the ocean is on your foot. The kids area was very small and the staff was not enjoying to engage the children’s. The activities for the children are chargeable last time we stay at Taj Exotica where are the activities are complementary and they very enjoying with the children’s. There is the worst housekeeping experience that I have experienced at Taj Group of hotels. The housekeeping staff is not attentive and also not taking care of our stay. Their was nothing in the room no toiletries everything time I have to call the housekeeping for the things and they always kept us waiting. During my stay the room was cleaned only twice after again and again reminder. I’ll call for the water bottle but for 20 minutes I wait for the water bottle but its not came than I go on walking from my room no.2031 to the parking and start my Scooter and go to the market and buy the water bottle and came back to my room than after 5 minutes housekeeping boy came with the two bottles. The boy who came with the water bottle was not understanding english. The HR department should understand that every guest who are coming at your Taj Hotels

It has been beyond words to explain how wonderful our stay with Taj village was and to bringing in the festivities with lip smacking food. Thank you Mathur welcoming us, Pravin taking care of my toddler needs, Derek and Prerna for al special requests from my son for all that you guys do and be part lot of great experiences-and memories we had

You guys have a lovely property, surrounded by the greenery and nice colourful cottages. Saloni tooked our checking and explained everything about the property and helped us to clear some queries regarding baby food and all. She is really sweet and warming person. Food at Caravela is also tasty and they did my birthday celebration during the breakfast time which I loved the most , thanks to all the Caravela staff for celebrating my birthday. We were in single unit cottage it's nice for couple and a infant but amenities are not morden.after cleaning service the housekeeping team didn't not placed new towels and toiletries their we have to asked for it.and buggy should be more.
