Premier Inn Cannock South

Amazing service, Amazing staff, especially Beverly, Shauna & Dani The room was absolutely spotless and the housekeeping staff were friendly Bev provided biscuits & haribos for the children We will definitely be returning here Great stay

From the very beginning this was a great experience. I always choose a Premier Inn where possible as you know what you are getting and you know you are going to get a decent sleep and the breakfast is great (superb options for us vegans!). On check in, we met the wonderful Beverley who shared in our joy when told we were there as we were getting married. She was so friendly and welcoming and made it feel like coming home. A woman we had never met chatted with us like old friends and it was wonderful. This is especially important as a same sex couple, as there is still ignorance in the world but we felt none of this at all at this hotel, with Beverley basking in our love and joy with us. On getting up to the room, we found the fan had been left on to help cool the room down (very grateful!) and a few mins later we had a knock at the door. It was a bottle of wine courtesy of the absolutely wonderful Beverley. Honestly, this would have been a great stay anyway, but Beverley made it even better than great. Exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn, clean, comfortable, great breakfast and the warmest of welcomes. Thank you so much.

I have stayed at Cannock multiple times & never had a problem but this time when I checked in your hotel on Friday to be greeted by a lady in the desk to which was rude, she has no manners at all, I asked about booking a table for the restaurant as I know weekend probably busy all I go was you could buy I wouldn't as the food isn't the best, bad advertisement a member of staff slating them to a paying guest. Then I asked her where my rooms & all I got was her pointing to a door & said that door follow signs, I think this member needs to be re-trained in customer service.

Excellent clean and comfty rooms, on arrival I was greeted by Beverly who was really friendly and helpful, if visiting Cannock you can’t go wrong for a nice cheap comfortable stay, bed is really comfortable and tea and coffee available in the room also

Second visit and it doesn't disappoint. Whilst they are a little anal on the 3pm check-in the staff are professional and pleasant. The room, whilst small is fine too and sleep is mostly guaranteed with good black out curtains etc. Perfect for the Beefeater opposite. Overall a great venue.

Beverly at reception was kind, courteous and very informative, in my opinion she went the extra mile to make our stay memorable and enjoyable, I'd give her 10 out of 10. The room was impeccably clean and the quietness made for a great sleep,waking up refreshed.
