A wonderful warm welcome as always from Carol and the team. They looked after us and the family wonderfully. Beautiful clean rooms, comfy beds and great breakfast. It’s the warm welcome and attention that makes all the difference a huge Thankyou!

What can I say this hotel was amazing the staff were outstanding all of them the manager was so helpful just goes to show when you have a fantastic manager how your staff follow and are also outstanding , we came to stay with family and friends as my daughter was up to do a world title kickboxing bout , which she won 💪 the staff were so helpful nothing was too much they were friendly chatty and anything we needed they done for us , beds were comfy rooms were clean , even the staff in the brewers fayre were brilliant patient with us whilst celebrating my daughters win , will 100% be returning to this hotel without a doubt , thank you all

Would never stay here again. The room was absolutely filthy dirty smelt of cigarettes. The bed linen smelled of sweaty heads when I used the pillow. Don’t think it had been washed from previous guest. Carpet filthy all frayed. The sink was blocked in the bathroom. Just a really unhygienic dirty room. The lady at reception was nice when we checked in. The breakfast was freezing cold bacon turned up 10 minutes later I was served on a normal sized plate my wife on a tea plate. Service was very poor!

Carole and her team were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She remembered us from our previous visits and made sure we had everything we needed and gave our little boy crayons and pictures to colour in. The hotel is in a perfect location for us and was very clean and comfortable including the beds. The shower in the bathroom was heaven and you are provided with plenty of towels and lovely shower gel and had wash. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, thank you Carole and team for making our stay perfect, we know next time we visit we don’t have to worry about anything as you will be on hand to look after us. See you all soon.

It’s much more than a premier Inn with the service. KATIE was absolutely amazing couldn’t do enough for us even helped us with our bags It was absolutely amazing experience. The beds were really comfortable, but what makes it is the staff The staff are amazing

Another great stay. Great hotel. Clean and fresh. Tea making facilities. Central for Cannock and shopping Fantastic reception staff and house keeping Happy to make sure your stay is the best. Rooms are good size and restaurant next door. Parking on site.

Rooms are a good size,very clean and bed so comfortable ,in fact,we bought a bed and all the bedding a couple of years ago from Premier Inn website after having an amazing sleep.Staff are lovely,nothing too much trouble for them and Carol on reception recognised us an as always made us welcome with her lovely smile.Food in restaurant was good.

Clean and comfortable rooms, staff really helpful. Added meal deal at the restaurant, staff there all so nice, travelling alone, but met with local colleagues and booked tables to eat on each night. Breakfast was great. Good menu, tasty desserts

We had a great stay with family whilst visiting relatives. Great location from the motorway. For a budget hotel you are provided with everything you need. Beds are super comfy, the whole of the hotel was spotlessly clean. We had a great nights sleep without any disturbance. All of the staff are super. A total credit to Premier Inn. From the staff on check in, restaurant and cleaning. Just booked again for New Year's Eve. Can't go wrong with this place.
