Our charming apartment with A/C, for up to 5 guests, is nestled in a family-friendly residence with shared swimming pool and a solarium, just a short stroll from the beach. The flat, located on the second floor, includes a bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a balcony overlooking the garden and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Wi-Fi available only in the common areas. Perfectly suited for a fun and relaxing holiday by the sea! A/C is available (extra weekly cost) -Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season). °Services included: -All utility bills -Final cleaning -Agency fees °Excluded - Mandatory: -Security deposit: 200eur only in cash at the check-in. -City tax upon arrival in cash. °Excluded - Optional: -A/C (if available): 50eur per week -Pets allowed on request: no cats allowed.
