The unit is 2 bedroom 1 bath with a private driveway/entrance and carport, outdoor shower and foot wash station, weber grill, outdoor dining, and shed with beach equipment. Fully fenced in backyard with side door access. Private driveway with covered carport parking, and paver parking next to driveway for guests with more than one car. Walking distance to beach. We are pet friendly, the pet fee is contingent upon length of stay, number of dogs, breed and age. We do the custom fee so we can adequately accommodate guests.
