This hotel has a terrible manager, Jessica. She will hide behind front desk staff and not answer her phone. Their no show charge policy was applied even when my Hilton points were used and we had a flight cancellation which caused us to spend the night in Charlotte. Avoid this hotel at all costs as they are just looking to maximize revenue despite circumstances not caused by a customer. As a Hilton Diamond customer for over 10 years, I was appalled at the treatment by this particular location. The Diamond desk was equally confused on why they would treat a loyal customer in such a manner and have offered to cut me a check as the hotel refused to credit my card. Definitely a bad Hilton location because if a crappy manager
