We highly recommend the Bay Haven Inn! The rooms are just the right size and so well decorated--it's like taking a step back in time. Tammy and Jim made our stay so enjoyable. Breakfast was yummy and we even got a free history lesson with it from Tammy. The town is so cute and the people so friendly. We felt we made friends after just a 2 night stay. If you are looking for a fun little town with shops, restaurants and art galleries, this is it.

Bay Haven Inn is a beautiful place to stay & the holiday decorations were awesome (both inside and outside:-)! We were in town for a quick Work Project so only stayed for 1 night, but the location is great (walking distance to all of the Restaurants/Shops) and the Owners, Tammy and Jim, were both very nice and helpful! Also, the Room, Bed, and Breakfast were wonderful! We highly recommend and look forward to our next stay when in town again!

The Bay Haven Inn in Cape Charles is an amazing place to stay! It was beautifully decorated for the Holidays (inside and outside:-), and the Owners, Tammy and Jim, were both welcoming and helpful! We will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone staying in Cape Charles…you won’t be disappointed!

Tammy and Jim are amazing individuals. We learned so much of the area. Jim makes a delicious breakfast. The accommodations are very welcoming and the beds are very comfortable. I had special dietary needs that they were happy to accommodate.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Bay Haven Inn. Tammy and Jim were amazing hosts. They were so kind, hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us great guidance, recommendations and answered all our questions. The breakfast they prepared each morning was amazing! The accommodations were lovely and very comfortable. They have thought of everything. They made our first trip to Cape Charles perfect and we can't wait to go back!

Excellent property, extremely well kept. Outstanding hospitality and friendliness. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Halloween decorations were truly "over the top." Breakfasts were superb. - All in all, first class in every way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Bay Haven Inn. The home is beautiful and meticulously maintained inside and out. The Hosts are warm, welcoming, and so knowledgeable. The breakfast food was very delicious and superbly presented. Everything was top notch and we highly recommend this wonderful, special place.

My husband and I did a last minute getaway (we were lucky they were not booked!) here and it was just perfect. Tammy and Jim are fantastic and offered great insight and advice on touring about town and where to dine. The gardens are beautiful by day and night and every detail was perfect from the food and decor to the extra special hospitality. We look forward to returning! Kammie & Kevin Mosman

The Bay Haven Inn is a class act. Thanks to the hosts/owners Tammy and Jim. The Inn and the town was beautiful and took us back to a time in the early 20th century. The architecture and the furnishings inside the Inn was very authentic. Tammy and Jim were great hosts and were there to provide for our every need. The breakfasts were creative and delicious. The gardens were spectacular and well thought out. The town of Cape Charles was very quaint. There were a number of really good restaurants that we enjoyed. We also enjoyed shopping at the many shops on Mason Street. We spent two afternoons at the beautiful Cape Charles beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days and 3 nights there. We would highly recommend the Bay Haven Inn and will definitely return. Thank you Tammy and Jim for your hospitality. Mike and Cindy
