This is potentially a nice hotel if he would sink a little investment, replace the EXTREMELY worn out side furniture, replace the signs, and fix some of the plumbing. Although there was a sign that said OYO Waterfront Hotel, there were two buildings on the land and smaller parking signs referencing Casa Masa. Naturally, I first went into the wrong building. After entering the second building, I didn't realize that the office was tucked away to the left but the manager found me and directed me. The room was nice, but old stained furniture. My room was off the pool and riverfront which was nice, but there was untended landscape...aka...weeds. The bathroom toilet ran all night long. I had a good nights sleep.

OYO is in a prime location. Maria, Richard at the front desk & the Concierge lady were fabulous very helpful & informative. Loved them! The hotel is in the heart of Time Square, prime location you can walk everywhere. Needs a little shower and floors updating but overall great value. We would stay again there for sure

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was convenient, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! Would love to stay again.

At the time of stay this hotel was not finish. I mean that their were roaches, the door to the balcony had the door knob and a hole which was not closed. It was not pretty. Very unhappy and sad. Great location and it will be a great hotel. But there is work to be done. Needs a lot of improvement to the building and rooms.

Absolutely no horrible experience. Very poorly maintained hotel. The room smelled of mold with patches of Black mold exposed in parts of the ceiling. floor was sticky and room felt dingy. I got an electric shock from the hair dryer the towels had stains

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean room, decent price. I would stay again. Really good value for the price, and in a great location. Went down to the lobby to buy some gatoraid and ended having a nice discussion with staff and another guest. very friendly.

The room was nice and the rate was good as well. We had a room that had direct access to the pool, although it was too cold to go into the pool, having access would have been amazing in the summer or warmer months. The staff was nice and it was a simple, easy process to check in.

It's always a good stay here at OYO never any problems just great service. I love that the hotel is on the water and close to a lot of places. I say if if you're going to stay anywhere try staying at OYO hotel you won't regret it. And I'd like to thank everyone at OYO

the quality was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The receptionist (owner?) was gracious, hospitable, and very attentive to our needs. Clean, comfortable place to stay will recommend this property.
