First the lady who was checking in was late, we were a group of 8 thy gave us small container of bleach n dish washer liquid, there was no ppl to clean the place daily n by there way we stayed for 5 good days. They made must PAY R2000. 00 Deposit incase we brake the house rules, which we did not, we were told that amount of money will refunded to us till tk date NOTHING and they lady she so rude to us when we call for our money, on top of that she told us that all activities are closed to the venue to our suprise everything was very far even to go to TABLE MOUNTAIN we had to spent more more to go there ROOM 505 never again
