The Marly was an incredible stay from the moment we pulled up and all the staff welcoming us to the moment we left we felt at home. Everyone was so nice and the rooms were great with a spectacular view of the ocean. Zoe at reception was always helpful with recommendations and Talkmore was great at breakfast everyday.

The property was is in great condition and service was exceptional. The location of Marly is hard to match with Camps Bay Beach across from the property. Restaurants were excellent as well.

This is one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in globally. So glad we chose this is a base for our 5 days in CT rather than V&A etc. Reception on arrival were incredibly welcoming, they can’t do enough for you, nothing is a problem. Our room wasn’t ready so we freshened up in the spa and hit the pool which was a beautiful space. Chilled music, excellent service around the pool with gorgeous beds, comp water and ice lollies. Best of all despite being there over NY and hitting the pool at various times of the day, depending on what trips we were doing, there was never an issue to get loungers. Our room was exceptional, everything you could possibly need. Lots of treats, great turn down service etc. Despite booking months in advance all sea view rooms had gone. We had a lovely view of the 12 apostle’s however I would bag a sea view if you can as the beach is beautiful. Gym ex decent too, and it’s a lovely 5K up to Clifton beaches and back in the morning. Breakfast was delicious, we also ate dinner and Bilbao & Chinchilla and they were really good. Bilbao excellent. Would highly recommend and would return.

We were here for 5 nights and enjoyed every bit of our stay. We were a big family and had over 15 rooms and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms are nice with great views of the ocean and good service. Infact there were a lot of young kids in the group and since there were quiet a few, the staff was really patient with them as they were all over the place. The breakfast was great, a la carte and freshly made and in a restaurant overlooking the ocean with great views. The location is great and if I visit cape town again will stay here again for sure. Only issue is like most hotels in europe etc. the bathrooms cant be locked and that sometimes is an issue when in big groups.

As two females traveling alone, we called the staff our guardian angels. Marcelle especially went above and beyond. THe staff truely cares and anticipated our needs
