After a 12 hour overnight flight we were welcomed at 9am, most hotels rooms are not available until after 3pm however we were directed to the restaurant for breakfast while our room was being readied. The staff made dinner reservations and the shuttle took us to Cape Town waterfront.

This hotel was perfect for a family of five. The two-bedroom apartment fit all of us, with space to spare. We loved the two-level set up and the private balcony was a big plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, water, coffee, tea, cocktails and wine. The Kloof Street location was unbeatable and the staff stood ready to assist us at all times, including communicating with our tour guide as to timing and with our driver over an item left behind. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely honor bar in the evening. The biggest plus: an absolutely delicious and fresh breakfast each morning starting at 7 am. The cold bar was incredible, with local offerings, and the full hot breakfast menu also impressed. They serve a fabulous cup of coffee and with a smile!

We really liked this charming small neighborhood hotel. The neighborhood is trendy, packed with shops, bars, cool restaurants. Our room, which was up a flight of stairs, was very quiet and spacious. We had a tiny balcony (but it was too chilly to sit out there), a large dining area, small sitting area and very nice bedroom with a good bathroom. The gym, at the adjoining property, was small but functional. The breakfast was excellent. There's an afternoon tea with cake each day, and wine is available in the lobby (but you have to write your name down so you can be charged). We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted something charming and not bland and corporate.

Very elegant and functional hotel located in a nice and safe neighborhood and in a good location. Staff was very accommodating, room was nicely laid out and very comfortable, and service was excellent. Breakfast was rich and varied with take away options for coffee etc Shuttle service where needed in town was great and helpful. We hope to be back...

The hotel is a cute boutique hotel in the Gardens area, below Table Mountain. Our room was actually a suite (almost like an apartment, not surprising as the hotel is a remodeled apartment building). We had a nice sitting room, a kitchen, bedroom and large bathroom. Breakfast was served in a separate building. The food was excellent. They also served wine in the evening in the lobby area. The neighborhood is nice and safe, with a lot of restaurants as well as grocery, liquor stores nearby. However, it is quite far from the V&A Waterfront. You have to take a taxi or Uber. The hotel is good about calling for a taxi. the staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, Cape Town has several hours of power cuts every day, but we were not affected, as the generator kicked in right away and everything including the AC worked. I rented a car and they have free parking space outside.

We sated for 4 nights. After the first night we had to change rooms the hotel offered to change our things for us and a pair of golden goose new tennis was gone . We sent proof of the existence of the shoes in the room that morning before they changed our luggage with pictures and they denied the whole thing not even an apology or offered to pay back something. If they get away with this imagine what they take that you don’t even notice. A supper expensive hotel with pocket pickers and the manager doesn’t even accept the facts with evidence. Never go there never leave your stuff unattended and never trust housekeeping or the managers for that matter since they don’t care.

A wonderful place to stay. The staff was genuinely friendly and very accommodating when my daughter made a few special requests. The rooms were well appointed and ours was very roomy, having a living room, kitchen and two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

This is an incredible place in Cape Town. My family just stayed there (4 of us, 2 teenagers), and our "family apartment" was so spacious. The staff at More Quarters are so friendly. Everyone was so welcoming. We also had the most amazing breakfasts every morning. I highly recommend this place.

What an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Carlos consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was living up to our expectations. The daily breakfast was divine and situated in a space that really brightened your day. The afternoon tea and cake- well what can I say- who wouldn't love that! Not to mention the complementary wine hour! Would recommend to all and will definitely be returning the next time we are in Cape Town. Thank you for everything!
