Beautiful room at a great location facing the sea. Staff were wonderful and we had such a nice stay.

Stone away from most attractions Less than 30 mins drive to attractions, restaurants, night life places, market, the beach, etc. Very spacious. Excellent customer service. Very clean. Worth visiting. Great sea view. Worth staying in facilities. Easy drive to and fro the airport, less than 40 mins. Great for solo, couple, family, business, friends, etc.

What a lovely hotel and stay. Super friendly and helpful staf. The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable, and very spacious. I arrived a little ready for check-in but they took my number and called me as soon as my room was ready for check in. The breakfast was lovely with a great view of the street and the beach in the distance.

Great place, super friendly staff, grat location for Sea Point, clean and good firm bed. Well worth the price.

We enjoyed our stay here. Zim at reception was very friendly and helpful!

Buena zona, justo al lado de una calle comercial, aunque por la noche no nos sentimos del todo seguros paseando por allí. La habitación enorme, bien cuidada y con todo lo necesario. El personal 10/10. Muy recomendable!

Расположение очень удобное и на этом, наверное, всё. Мы были в холодный весенний ветренный период (хотя порывистые ветра, скорее всего, весьма частая вещь в этом регионе) и не спали от ощущения ужаса и страха из-за жутко стучащих от ветра ставней. Фильм ужасов, не иначе. Необходимо заменить двери балконов, особенно учитывая, что это огромные панорамные двери на более современные. Холод и стук очень помешал хорошо выспаться и испортил впечатление. Так же, из-за них сквозняк и холод. Не работало отопление: пришлось включить кондиционер на тепло. Уборка нормальная. Номер уставший, мебель с пятнами и где-то покрашена сверху краской, но это было приемлемо.

以前覺得這家酒店還好，所以又訂了兩晚，再次入住發現問題了。一是遇到晚上颳風下雨，隔離差，風雨噪音太吵，陽台玻璃門被風吹得咔咔響，房門也被風吹得咣咣響，一兩秒響一次，此起彼伏，交響樂一般，晚上幾乎無眠，難怪價格比別人低一些。二是服務問題又出現了，什麼問題找前台都沒用，住了這麼多天，最後一天想吃了午飯12點退房，但前台答覆堅決不行，前台沒有權，做不了什麼事，讓前台請示經理也不行。

房間大，免費停車，帶廚房，有電爐灶，微波爐，冰箱，查了很多家酒店，感覺這家在seapoint周邊性價比最高了。

We stayed for 4 nights and loved it here! The location is perfect being right next to the Sea Point Promenade and walking distance to Clifton beaches. Moro Gelato is a dangerously close 3-min walk, and Woolworths is a 5-min walk, which is great as the rooms have small kitchen appliances for self-catering. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby too. Aside from the location though, the covered parking is great, rooms are clean and spacious, and service is incredibly friendly and helpful! We really felt this hotel was way better in-person than it seemed in photos online! It's a great value for money, and if you are weary about booking you have nothing to worry about.

Very very disappointing. Stayed here often for past 9 years and enjoyed it so booked again. This time the room was shabby, with water damage on the walls of the bedroom and the wall and ceiling in the lounge area. Window in bathroom seemed broken and was covered with a piece of black plastic. There was a hole in the bathroom floor tile. We had to ask for a shelf for the fridge! Excellent view into rooms of adjacent President hotel and I was able to log onto their wifi a we were so close. Discussed with manager who couldn’t change our room as hotel fully booked. Perhaps it was. The cleaning staff were lovely. Will never go back and have already cancelled a stay in November with friends.

We were there a year ago and between the facilities , the service and the location, we knew this was where we wanted to be again. It continued to deliver. Comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet rooms with good self catering facilities which circumstances made us use much more this year. We also had the options - which we took up - of breakfasts and (now in-house) lunches. And again hosted guests at the pool for lunches. The location is spot on for us, and should be for most people - with easy access to the promenade, restaurants, supermarkets and even the Hop on Bus. This remains our choice for our CT holidays and we hope to be back soon. Our thanks to the Team at the hotel because we spent another very happy holiday there.

We recently had a great 8 night stay in one of the loft studios. Enjoyed a super breakfast  each day with the best poached eggs. Everyone was very friendly and approachable. The pool was an enjoyable area to relax .Great location for exploring Cape Town and walking to nearby Clifton and Camps Bay to enjoy the beach. Plenty of eateries nearby on Regent Street enjoyed Three Wise Monkeys and the various options at Mojo Market. Would gladly return.
