First, they charge twice as much per night when booking online as when doing so at the front desk, which is against all hotel regulations. In addition, their services are the worst I've encountered in my 30 years of global travel. Second, one of the employees (Sami) advised customers that the kitchen will close at 6:00 o'clock. At 9:30-10:00 p.m., I arrived and saw that the kitchen was open and that there was food on one of the tables. He replied that it was the staff supper when questioned. Thirdly, the hotel operates as a smokehouse every single day. All night, the music is obnoxious. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at the hotel for a single hour!
