The room are big and the hotel is looking amazing but unfortunately the room was full of ants 🐜 and really really warm. It took 4 hours to cool down the room with the air conditioner not very efficient. The Wi-Fi is very slow as well. The breakfast is not a really full continental breakfast and doesn’t reflect the hotel price. Overall not the worst but I personally don’t recommend this hotel if you don’t like ants on your ears during the night.

Airco was not working. It was a very hot day. Each time we went to ask to fix the airco issue, they said to wait another 20 minutes and it would be OK. This clearly wasn’t true. Impossible also to leave a window open for fresh air. After 2 hours in a very bad room we decided to check out. The hotel personnel was surprised by our departure. I said that when I book and pay for a room with airco, I expect to have this. I do not want a free dinner whatsoever. I want what I pay for. The hotel personnel admitted that the airco was broken since a few days and the technician did not come or couldn’t repair it. So we have been lied to and we had to pay for 2 nights while we didn’t stay there. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is a beautiful drive-in motel, with a very impressive reception area; all is clean and well-appointed. However, the restaurant was closed for the evening (not previously warned) despite adverts on the Room TV recommending you to "Eat Well"! The receptionist recommended two options near-by (a rather up-market restaurant in a private house, which was full up, and a Steak House opposite, which was good value and had tasty food); his advice to reserve in advance was well received. The main bugbear was the poor unstable Wifi in the rooms (219-223), and similar poor Wifi even in the reception area. A taxi from the railway station in Varese cost Euro 10 and 20 return. There is a bus A from Piazza

Was very happy with the night secatary at this hotel she was very helpful with Taxis and good places to go always willing to help the outside of the hotel was great for kids especially the ping pong would recommend for a family.Loecd the breakfast buffy.

The modern building is stunning, the rooms and public areas are spacious, the area is quiet. Our only complaints were the limited menu choice, quality of food and portion sizing in the restaurant for dinner. We arrived late after delays at the San Gottardo tunnel, we were the only people in the restaurant but had to ask twice for my glass of wine. The beer was warm and sent back, the table water wasn’t chilled, the bread rolls were like concrete. Since there is little eating choice in the area it would benefit the hotel to up their game, perhaps they don’t bother because they have a captive audience. I don’t think we would stay again despite enjoying our room.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per lavoro. Ho accompagnato un gruppo di 83 persone. Ampio parcheggio, molto comodo e ingresso spazioso, ottimo per gestire gruppi così grandi. Le stanze sono tutte al pian terreno, facili da raggiungere, ampie e comode.Impeccabile la pulizia e il personale gentile e professionale. Buona la cucina con un menu semplice ma interessante. Il direttore molto gentile e presente, si interessa della soddisfazione dei clienti ed è estremamente disponibile. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere Milano. Consiglio.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 3 jours lors d’une sortie d’entreprise avec mon CSE. L’hôtel est au calme et est entouré d’un beau parc. C’est un hôtel récent bien agencé. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. Pour le petit déjeuner vous avez droit à un buffet à volonté. Le buffet est assez compact donc quand il y a beaucoup de monde vous avez du mal à y accéder. Le point vraiment négatif de cet établissement est le restaurant. Les repas ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur. Repas très basiques sans fioriture et pas très variés. Pas de mise en valeur du plat. Garniture d’accompagnement de la viande minimaliste. Sur trois jours nous avons reçu plusieurs fois du poulet une fois accompagné d'une poignée de petits pois et une autres fois accompagné de 5 petites pommes de terre vapeur. Nous avions plus l’impression d’être dans une cantine que dans un restaurant. Dommage car l’hôtel est bien.

molto bello! Siamo ospiti con un gruppo, hotel pulito, camere pulite, e ben condizionate. Cibo molto buono nonostante un menù fisso. ci è stata servita una buona macedonia e delle trofie al pesto gustose. scarso il vino e l'acqua gasata servita nelle bottiglie naturali. servizio e cameriere poco professionali per gli standard dell' hotel

Si mangia bene Oltre ad un comodo parcheggio con doppio ingresso in camera, l hotel dispone delle camere soltanto al piano terra! Ottimo per la mia famiglia con passeggino Abbiamo cenato 2 sere di fila, prendendo la tagliata, cotta molto bene e i maccheroncini al ragù che consiglio.
