El hotel ha vivido mejores años, fui una vez en el 2010 y lo re visité en 2024, la fachada se ha deteriorado con los años pero hacen un esfuerzo por mantener sus instalaciones arregladas, el servicio y la comida excelente, fue agradable volver

De verdad es un verdadero desastre primero las habitaciones casi todo está dañado la luz es muy opaca LA RESECCIONISTA es déspota siempre con un no y la cara de amargura el restaurante te ofrece un desayuno que tienes que esperar como dos horas aprox. Para poder comer ya que la mesera estaba sola ese día y esa es otra la mesera no sabe atender a los clientes nos salió con una de que ella no podía hacerlo todo sola y de paso pedimos el almuerzo y no había la cantidad suficiente para la comida que estábamos pidiendo y éramos una familia de 30 personas para el colmo tardo también pésimo servicio porque si nosotros viajamos es para sentirnos en el paraíso no para recibir tan mal trato al dueño de esto le aconsejo meta la lupa en su hotel porque está perdiendo usted no sus empleados lo único de lo que no me quejo es la piscina na
