Green Apple Bed and Breakfast

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I loved waking up to the beautiful sea view in the morning. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. While it's not right in the center of town, the bus stop is just a few minutes away, making it very convenient to get around.

This is the second time I've stayed at this lovely B&B. On this occasion we stayed in the family room on the ground floor. The room came with a decent sized-table & chairs where we could choose to have breakfast and it also had access to the garden which was nice. The room was comfortable and quiet, the shower was hot and the towels very big and fluffy. We had a restful night sleep. Tea, coffee and biscuits were available in the room. WIFI very good. Breakfast was plentiful and varied - continental style. I love the breakfast room - light, airy, sea view and wonderfully decorated with inspirational quotes and signs. The quirky teapots are fun. Free parking on site and off-road. Lovely central location - a short walk to convenience shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and a 10/15mins walk to Carbis Bay beach. Train station close by. Adrian is super friendly, welcoming and is a great host! Highly recommend.

Adrian the owner was very friendly, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and well presented. Breakfast was a very good selection. A well situated b &b. I would recommend this place and will certainly be going back. Derek Stayed 19 to 22 sept 24.

A very beautiful and clean place. We went there spontaneously without any planning. We are very satisfied and will definitely go there again. Cozy and welcoming. Lovely rooms. We felt like at home. Wonderful breakfast, especially the coffee - I will add, the tastiest I've ever had.! We highly recommend it.

Great B&B! Clean and great location! The owners are lovely and extremely helpful. Bus stop is right by the B&B so access to St Ives and other neighboring areas is very straightforward! Fully recommend if you’d like to visit Carbis Bay or St Ives.

What a lovely b&b. The host is really great.gives alot of information and is very welcoming. Bed was lovely and comfy and rooms nice and clean. Breakfast is quite alot of choice aswell. Would definitely stay here again close to chip shop and a lovely tapas place. If you want to eat out definitely book a table.

We stayed in the ground floor 3-bed room which was bright and comfortable. the room had it's own exit to the small garden. Bathroom smallish but clean and updated with shower. The room had a good sized table and chairs if you wanted to have a meal there. Host Adrian was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental style with lots of choices of bread/waffles/pancakes/crumpet, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, youghurts, cereals etc. Location was perfect - 6 minutes with bus into St Ives and 3 diferent buses on the road right outside. We did not have a car but parking was also available close to the B&B. Safe and calm residential area with 2-3 restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. A big Tesco about 10 minutes walk was handy too.

We stayed in this lovely b&b for 4 nights at short notice. Adrian was so kind and accommodating, finding a room for us on the very day! The room was great, perfect views, soft cosy bed and a nice bathroom with powerful shower perfect for washing off all that sand! The breakfast buffet is perfect being mostly vegetarian /vegan to cover all bases. Alpro yogurts and milk, tea, coffee, juice, cereals, toast with all spreads, fruit and pastries all set you up for a day of discovering the beautiful surroundings. Couldn't have asked for more from a bed and breakfast. I would stay here again without a doubt!

I have been coming here every week for the last year. Adrian is the perfect host, who takes great pride and care in what he does. I think I’ve stayed in every room, all exceptionally clean & comfy, and a couple have a great view of the coast. Breakfast is self service with plenty of choice including freshly baked croissants and pastries as well as meat and cheese. You can walk to the picture perfect St Ives in around 25/30 mins, alternatively there is a regular bus that drops you in town. Roughly every 15 mins and £2.50 if you get an all day ticket. At peak times of the year places to eat can be difficult to get a seat so I’d recommend booking anywhere in advance. I have eaten in most and all are of good quality and service. All in all I recommend staying down this lovely part of Cornwall.
