Rummet hade en dålig lukt. Bra installationer. Frukost utan variation. Ett förbipasserande hotell för en enda natt.

Det enda pluset med hotellet är att det ligger nära Malpensa flygplats. Det finns gratis parkering. Mycket dyr transfer från flygplatsen, vi debiterades 20 euro. Uppgifterna om att de från flygplatsen tas gratis till hotellet är felaktiga. Nästa dag för en transfer till flygplatsen ville igen 30 euro. Jag var tvungen att beställa Uber själv. Frukosten är vanlig, inget speciellt, kaffe från maskinen... vi kommer inte tillbaka.

Perfect for Malpensa airport early morning departure. Just few minutes from both terminals. Clean and efficient. No frills.

Not really close to the airport and the transportation fee from the hotel to the airport is expensive.

Just your basic, run of the mill hotel. Employees just did their job and didn’t have that welcoming and friendly attitude you come to expect from hotel staff. Nice spacious room and bathroom. Good breakfast and parking available. Just average in general.

No free transfer. You need to pay 25€ for 7min drive from the airport. Very poor transport connection, no chance to get public transport service. Breakfast is ok, basic buffet. We spend 1 hour to get Uber to this place.

Good hotel for the price. The only problem is there is no free shuttle from the terminal or at a , nominal price you pay for the round trip about 50 euros. Much above what required

It’s near Malpensa airport , convenient for early morning flight. Hotel have airport pick and drop service charge €20 , but it’s also cost almost same if you take taxi also.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Provided excellent customer service and were attentive to all of our needs. Only 10 minutes from the airport. However it is far from the centre and transport to the centre is extremely expensive so do bear that in mind. Going to the centre and coming back can cost up to €100 euros daily. But the staff and the hotel were excellent.

Easy check in and out. Room was comfortable and nice to have Nespresso machine available and stocked. Heating/cooling worked well. Staff friendly. Overall good value.
