Our rooms are purposely designed with minimal facilities to enable you to enjoy and discover the city instead of staying in your room. easyHotel’s objective is to become the hotel brand with the lowest carbon footprint in the market, therefore we are reducing our CO2 emissions by removing extra cleaning and frequent linen exchange.Nevertheless, our reception is open 24/7 where you can request free extra towels.When staying 6 nights or more, 1 free cleaning in the middle of your stay is included, and if additional cleaning is required, this is possible against a small extra charge.We are sorry to hear that you felt the price did not match the value you received.
