The hotel is smart and well located for Cardiff city centre and the castle. Situated in an old arcade, the layout is a little confusing, but the room was very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful.

The hotel is located in the city centre, with a supermarket and Chain fast food restaurants nearby, including 24 hours McDonald’s. The hotel design follows an industrial style, the rooms are spacious, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The restroom locate on the sixth floor has a very quiet and elegant atmosphere. The breakfast provided by the restaurant is delicious. The only downside is that the elevator was out of order during my stay.

We were allocated a silent room. It was good with good bathroom and shower. Unfortunately there was yoghurt and strawberries left in a bowl in the fridge by previous person. Also clothes left in the wardrobe. This was remedied but obviously not too pleasant a start. No water in the room. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and staff were very professional and friendly. Would return.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the city centre. It has a distinct Welsh theme and the room was immaculate and well presented. I had food in the restaurant and staff were incredibly hands on.

Very convenient location in central Cardiff. Great staff. Lovely breakfast. Only negative was dirty glasses in room.

Location is very good, everything is within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms are very clean and everywhere smelt lovely. The bar did great cocktails which were 2 for 1 from 16:00 to 18:00.

Amazing location in the centre of cardiff. Close to all city centre attractions. Comfortable big bed and tasteful decor with a Welsh theme twist. Great shower with instant hot water Will book here again.

My parents visited me and stayed here for several warm, great days. Room is clean and staff are really friendly and caring, breakfast is great either. Just a minor issue that housekeeping hasn't empty the rubbish bin but only one day. Haha

The room was clean and staffs super friendly but the choice of food for breakfast is very limited and have to book the time not like proper buffet but they are ok.

I wondered why hotel costs were so high in Cardiff, and it turns out student graduation and Liam Gallahger concert. But location was excellent. Room quirky
