Conveniently located on the side of Hwy 7 with lots of amenities within walking distance. The new owner or manager was much more professional than our last business visit.

Decent, would stay again. The location is perfect, right off main road and close to lots of amenities. Owner (or staff person I dealt with) was extremely pleasant! Very nice fellow. He did make us aware they didnt have much for housekeeping at the moment, due to cost. Room had shoe marks everhwhere - not a huge deal. One surprise, was heat isnt on when suites are vacant....but honestly, didnt take long to warm up. Beds weren't the worst - bathroom, water has a funny smell. Maybe not used often? Overall - it was decent. The price was good and it certainty served its purpose.

I did not like the restrictions regarding the check in time frame and absolutely nobody was available at the front desk or on the phone when needed. Once checking in, I was given a list of rules and expectations which I felt was a little too much. However, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room.

Very nice man at the lobby. Room was what I expected for the price, nicer sheets than I expected, but rock hard bed, sink is wierdly not in the bathroom and water pressure is very very low. Decent room size wise, it served as a decent place to sleep for the price.

My room was clean and warm and the motel was close to grocery shopping, although I was walking and the sidewalks are not great. The property is undergoing renovation, but it was not loud or disruptive. However, the front desk was not available at the time that it said it would be (2:30 pm) online, and nobody answered the phone on any of the times I called before check in or after. I ended up not being able to check in until about 3:45 pm even though the stated hours were from 2:30 pm.
