Lovely situated Hotel just one street away from hustle and bustle of Carlisle Centre. Staff are friendly rooms are spotless, highly recommend staying there

I have stayed in travelodge hotels all over the country and I have to say this is the best yet. The staff are very very helpful 👏 respectful and above all just really nice.especialy Rebecca from house keeping she can never do enough for you.. And also the boss lady.

Ventured out to Carlisle for a short stay for the first time ever. The biggest, most prominent advantage of this hotel are most certainly its staff members. We were made feel extremely welcome and were well looked after throughout. Nothing was ever a problem. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, albeit a bit tired in places- understandable with the regular wear and tear it must sustain. The shower was powerful, we have both enjoyed it tremendously. The location was a big plus also- no noise whatsoever, our nights were restful. We will certainly be returning.

Perfectly acceptable experience room clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and little or no noise disturbance. However price was in my view a little excessive for what the room was.

Have stayed here a few times now, the rooms are reasonably priced and the location is off Botchergate making it that bit quieter. Breakfast, the mushrooms were like rubber, the bacon you couldn't cut with a knife, but worst of all was the watered down orange juice from the dispenser, if it had been anymore watered down it would have been just water, very disappointing, if we hadn't been so hungry we would have waited until Wetherspoons had opened and gone there for breakfast for half the price. Will stay again but avoid the poor quality and over priced breakfast

A good catch up with friends & a good tour of the local bars was excellent Hotel was perfect in a quiet area just at the back of the busy main st Ideal for a few nights trip as its not far from train station.
