Private: terrace, garden furniture. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning on request (extra). House maid on request (extra). Public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, restaurant 50 m, bar 10 m, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Carovigno" 4 km, sandy beach 6 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Ancient historic building of the 19th century, finely restored while maintaining its original characteristics unaltered. 4-room apartment 150 m2 on 1st floor. Beautiful and antique furnishings: entrance hall. Lounge. Exit to the terrace. Dining room with open-hearth fireplace and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV.
