El Sueno Tropical Hotel

Friendly staff. Went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Erin and Drew were absolutely fantastic host.The wildlife around the property was amazing ,from Monkeys, parrots, humming birds and iguanas. The pool was perfect.

Our recent stay at El Sueno Tropical was fantastic. The location is great, it is quiet and yet close enough to 3 beaches in the area. There is a store near by and lots of activities to do. We had the superior double room, which was perfect for a family with 2 children (2 bedrooms with one queen and 2 twins and a living area with couch and well equipped kitchenette including a large fridge) Beds were very comfortable and rooms were bright, nice and clean (recently renovated). The grounds are beautiful and the pool is really nice, an area where you definitely want to hang out and relax. The restaurant offers great food and the pizza is a must try ;) The bar has a nice atmoshere where you can mingle with other guests. We felt very welcome and at home. The owners Erin and Drew were exceptional hosts. They made sure every guest is happy and were very helpful with booking activities in the area and beyond. We already miss this place and are surely coming back!

If we were able to, we would rate it higher than five stars for rooms, service, and of course, location. First night in Costa Rica, and after a full day of traveling, how sweet to be able to stay in this special little paradise. Erin was above and beyond any host we could imagine. She is super friendly, so helpful, made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for more. The place is pristine, well-kept, clean and beautiful. This is their first season open since complete renovation, and Erin and Drew have done an incredible job. I’m going to tell everyone I know about this little spot.

Best hostes ever.... A very nice place whit nice staff who made our stay a memory for ever. It is a couple of km to the beach but here you have a clean pool and good food. Nice beds and very nice rooms.

Coup de cœur assuré. Je suis allée à 2 reprises pour me baigner avec mon chum pendant la semaine que nous étions à Puerto Carillo. Nous avons été charmé par la place et la propriétaire qui est canadienne. Magnifique, enchanteur et nous avons même eu le plaisir de voir plusieurs singes. Les drinks et la nourriture sont excellent. Je recommande vraiment ☺️

Mi familia y yo la pasamos excelente. El servicio al cliente es de lo mejor. Los desayunos fueron perfectos. La limpieza de la habitación fue super. Gracias por ser de nuestro paseo una experiencia magnífica.
