Had a wonderful second stay at Patio Motor Court the first week of October. Leaves were at peak color and weather was perfect. Carroll NH is a great central location for many activities in the area. The room had comfortable beds and having a well equipped kitchenette was a big plus for us. Bathroom shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The tv had lots of available channels and WiFi was decent. Tip: if you decide to stay in Carroll, pack what you want for food as there is no supermarket nearby. Highly recommend this motel! Owners were super nice with lots of helpful information on the area. If you're leaf peeping, recommend you visit during the week as weekends get quite crowded. Great accommodation for reasonable price! Wish I could give it more than five stars!

I would highly recommend staying here. Room was spotless and had a small kitchenette and screened in porch. The pool was very clean. The owners were incredibly nice and welcoming. Close to everything in the area. I would definately stay here again and recommend to my family and friends.

The room was spotless and comfortable. Everything was provided for sleeping and preparing meals. For a hiker the location was perfect with easy access to trails within the parks. The owner was very gracious and helpful with directions and info re: restaurants, shopping, etc. It is a beautiful area...enjoy your stay!

We have stayed here for several times. Always found the cabins clean and comfortable. The owners are very pleasant and personable. Great amenities and reasonably priced. Looking forward to return again.

Rustic cabin (#11) was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for three adults. Heat and a/c worked quickly and well, the shower was fantastic and the kitchenette was everything we needed to cook breakfasts and a couple of dinners. Super nice proprietor. Pool was refreshing. A great location for everything we wanted to do. Stayed 5 nights and would definitely stay again.

Quel endroit formidable! Les "cabins" sont parfaites, tout est bien pensé, c'est intime (même si on a un voisin à côté), c'est pas grand mais tout est fonctionnel! L'endroit est tranquille, à côté de l'autoroute mais en étant retiré de celle-ci. La véranda est un plus avec ses chaises berçantes. Il y a des moustiquaires partout ce qui fait qu'il n'y a pas de bébittes. Il y a une table à picnic devant chaque "cabin" ainsi qu'un petit BBQ. Il y a une piscine, une balançoire (pour les adultes) ainsi que des jeux de parc pour les enfants. Les lits étaient très confortable, bonne pression au niveau de la douche, mini frigo ainsi que 2 ronds de poêle, micro-ondes, cafetière et grille-pain. Pour vrai, on a manqué de rien!!! Les propriétaire sont adorables et l'endroit (autant la "cabin" que l'ensemble du terrain) est hyper propre et bien entretenu! C'est sur que si je retourne dans le New Hampshire, je vais aller loger à cet endroit à nouveau!
