Hotel Sublime

Misorganized, dirty, mismanaged. Gave me the wrong room even though I booked months in advance. Then no safe box. Then I left for a night leaving my stuff in my room which I kept and came back to my ENTIRE room and belongings being wet - had to go do laundry and buy some clothes. The walls were peeling, new mold growth, bathroom being wet, my clothes and bags being wet. They did not do anything to help and refused to refund. Avoid this place at all costs. The manager sucks and the hotel did not take responsibility for all this when neither of my 5 nights were good. I ended up leaving 2 days earlier but tried to leave even earlier but couldn't as I could not find a hotel at 1 am. I had to sleep in the lobby for a bit as my room was so wet and unlivable. Last day we were there, there was no running water either. ALSO GOT BED BUGS FROM HERE! DONT STAY HERE AT ALL!!!!

Moist to the point of mildew, bedbugs, no hot water, all clothing damaged. One day had no running water at all, entrance is in an alley. First, they put us the wrong room, even though we had reserved months in advance. This room did not have a lockbox, and we could not change rooms, because they already gave our room to another person. This initial room had the bedroom and bathroom integrated. The bathroom cubicle did not reach to the ceiling, so all bathroom smells immediately filled the entire room. Additionally, rooms were very small and cramped, barely enough room to fit a bed. I hit my head at various points. Additionally, while we were away for a few days, the hotel staff turned off the air conditioner. Enough condensation built up to make all walls and surfaces slick with water, and my belongings were wet. Shirts became mildewy. They also did not have hot water, and did not have running water, even, for one of the days. Upon contacting management, they would not offer a refund, even for the days we didn't stay, as we terminated the rental early, and were generally unhelpful. While staying there, I received bug bites. These were in the pattern bed bugs bite in. They also did not have blankets, and the air conditioner was necessary for the room not to immediately start becoming wet. My nights were cold. I would not stay here again, or wish for anyone else to stay here until these issues are fixed.

Our stay at this location was just wonderful, small but cozy room. The staff was just amazing, Valeria, Manuel and Stefany , always there 27/7 at the lobby available for anything we could need. They were very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect. Close to the center and to the port where we needed to go for our islands trips . The accommodation is also clean and smells good. I would definitely recommend it.

Recommend I really liked the people there, although we didn’t speak the same language they really tried to help. Location is great, away from the noise of the bars but only a 2 minute walk Rooms are small, room 101 is really small. But the best airco!

A great boutique hotel five minutes from some authentic bars and restaurants.
