環境不錯 地理位置真的很方便 步行就可以遊覽老城 工作人員的態度也很好 中間沒有熱水也幫忙解決了 性價比很高的酒店！

Location, location, location Well situated in the Centro Histórico. The service at the hotel was very good. The front desk was always available. There is coffee, tea and water at the entrance. The coffee is good. The breakfast was tasty and the natural juices very fresh. The rooms were spacious and the water was hot in the shower.

Hotel Don Pedro De Heredia is in the perfect location in Cartagena. You are only a short walk to anywhere in the walled city and less than a 15-minute walk to Getsemani. The staff was nice and attentive, and the rooms were clean. I always like having the option for breakfast when I travel because some cities don't have many good breakfast choices.

Great tourist class hotel in convenient location. Spacious room, super clean and serviced daily. Good quality breakfast and all staff very pleasant and accommodating. Pool is great for a quick dip after a hot day of exploring. Please remember that Cartagegna likes to party so the music can be loud and light sleepers may find that a problem. Highly recommend!

We booked a room for 5 nights. We got an upgrade to a very nice room on the 5th floor. Specious with a king size bed. The front desk were very friendly. The super loud music from the next door rooftop club began at about 11 pm on Sunday night and stopped at 4 am. We thought the club was open late because it was the weekend, so we stayed another night. On Monday night the very loud music also continued till 4 am. No ear plugs could block the noise. The next day we were offered a room on a lower level, however, all the rooms in this hotel are on the side of the nightclub. We don't see how it is possible to be a quieter room. We left and found a much better hotel in Getsemani neighborhood.

We had 5 nights at this hotel. Firstly, the main photo for this listing is the plaza at the end of the road, the building is not the hotel. However the location is excellent in the historic part of town. It's on a very busy street with loads of restaurants, supermarket 3 doors down. The room was very quiet and breakfast was great. There is a heavy police presence at night and we never felt unsafe. Safe were lovely and they stored our luggage when we arrived early

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is a little noisy but no way as bad as other reviews made it out to be. The rooms were spacious and the bedrooms were huge. For the location it was excellent value and that is why I have give it five stars. It’s not perfect but for Cartagena your not going to find better in this price bracket.

The hotel is located in the center of Cartagena, really good spot near resto, discos and all popular food and drink places of Cartagena. It’s staff is really kind and attentive to support you requests and concerns about the city and activities. Bedroom can be better, some of them need some maintenance and and are small, then no everyone would fit on the bathroom. The lift is not working and if you room were over the 3rd floor you would need to take some air for coming to your room after go up the stair. El hotel está ubicado en el centro de Cartagena y la zona rosa, muy buen lugar cerca de restaurantes, discotecas y todos los lugares populares de comida y bebida de Cartagena. Su personal es realmente amable y atento para apoyar sus solicitudes e inquietudes sobre la ciudad y las actividades que puedes realizar en Cartagena. Las habitaciones pueden ser mejor, algunos de ellas necesitan un poco de mantenimiento y son pequeñas, por tanto no cualquier cabría en el baño. El ascensor no funciona, por tanto si llegases a quedar con una habitación en el piso 4 o 5, deberás tomar aire para llegar a tu habitación.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Cartagena with a courtyard inside that looks like a botanical garden. When I booked the hotel, I was a little worried after reading some not entirely positive reviews, but I do not regret staying here for three nights, especially since other hotels have more negative reviews. And  here is my conclusion. Great hotel with air conditioner in the room, swimming pool and rooftop which i really like. The staff is very friendly, some of them speak english, especially Juan David. This young guy speaks good english, he is very helpful and erudite. The other guys also left good impressions: Antony, Gustavo, Nilsa, Oscar The breakfast here is great, you feel like you are in a cafe, they will prepare food for you to order. The dining room is located on the fifth floor with a view of the city.  I read that some guests had complaints about the noise from the street. Guys, if you want to live in a quiet place, then you need to book a hotel on the outskirts of the city, but here in the very center and on the busiest street, do not expect that there will be silence. My room was inside  with a window to the courtyard, and there was no noise from the street. I give them five stars, and I really hope that the management will encourage their employees who try their best. And of course I recommend this boutique hotel. ---- Замечательный отель в самом сердце Картахены с двориком внутри похожим на ботанический сад.Когда я буковал отель то немного переживал прочитав несколько не совсем позитивных отзывов, но я не жалею что остановился здесь на три ночи, тем более что у других отелей больше негативных отзывав.И вот моё заключение.Отличный отель с кондиционером в комнате, бассейном и rooftop, что мне очень нравится.Персонал очень дружелюбный, часть из них говорит по-английски, особенно Хуан.Этот молодой парень хорошо говорит по-английски, он очень отзывчив и эрудирован.Другие парни тоже оставили хорошие впечатления: Antony, Gustavo, Nilsa, Oscar Завтрак здесь замечательный, вы чувствуете будто находитесь в кафе, они приготовят вам еду на заказ.Столовая расположена на пятом этаже с видои на город.
