This is the place to get sick and ruin your holidays! from tip to top is the worst place I've ever stayed in Colombia! there is too much noise in the hall area is impossible to sleep, the bed is decent at least, but the room is a nightmare so tiny if you open the luggage there is no way to pass, and the door handles are broken in the bathroom and the main door, you have only one tiny towel for the whole staying, there is no shampoo in the dispenser and I needed to ask for body wash, there were cockroach in our room, the breakfast is nothing alike the pictures, is filthy tasteless, waitress are so distracted and irresponsible, I asked precisely in Spanish how was made the fresh juice, tap water of bottle water as tap water is NOT POTABLE NOR DRINKABLE the girl said: is made with bootle water, we drank that and few ours later our holiday was ruined as we had food poisoning, in a place like that faraway from home is the most dangerous thing you might encounter, there are many tourists that have been dead due to this reasons, we head to the pharmacy and buy all necessary to get at list better without success, I had a confirmation from the lady in the reception that juices are made with tap water and she apologyze for the inconvenient, the hotel should not prepare drinks with tap water this migth be suitable for locals as their stomatch would be resistant to bacteria and parasites TURIST NOT i got the reservation through agency the lady was nice and deeply upset with this hotel, but I don't recommed this place. would find an air b&b for the same price at least cleaner and nicer. this place is disgusting!

Te ofrecen un desayuno completo americano y es mentira. Te dicen huevo o salchicha y te lo colocan puro a comer o salchicha pura o huevo solo. Además debes levantarte desde muy temprano para alcanzar comida porque solo sacan un pedazo y si se acaba se acabó, es decir, si estás en el horario de desayuno pero ya se acabó te quedas sin comer y igual lo cobran. Aparte la atención de los cocineros mala te atienden de mala gana. Con las empanadas es lo mismo si hay 2 opciones pollo y queso y quieres 1 de cada sabor no puedes a juro tienen que ser iguales 2 pollo o 2 carnes. He visitado varios años Cartagena y como este hotel jamás decepción te prometen mucho para que reserves y pésimo. Jamás lo recomendaría. Y no hay nadie que te resuelva todos se hacen la vista gorda.

TRIPLE B. Bueno, Bonito y barato. Frente al hotel hay un árbol enorme, hogar de muchísimas aves😍 desayunar con esa orquesta sinfónica no tiene precio. Tiene lo que necesitas, Cartagena al ser una ciudad con infinidad de playas llegas al hotel solamente para dormir, en mi opinión le faltaría a los baños agua caliente, el desayuno es variado y está incluido, no tienen almuerzos pero todo está cerca, (supermercados y bares). La playa de bocagrande no es de las más bellas pero está cerca.

El desayuno muy escaso, no había de casi nada, de lo peor que he visto, y en el baño no tenia ni un misero bote de gel ni champú, ni agua caliente, y ante las reclamaciones no me hicieron ni caso, un sitio para no volver

No recomiendo para nada este hotel. La habitación no se parece a la mostrada en las fotos, son de 4m2. Sin ventanas, sin escritorio. Con olores desagradables, mucha suciedad. No nos devolvieron la plata del lugar, ¡ES UNA ESTAFA!

O Hotel é simples, mas conta com funcionários muito atenciosos, prestativos. Tem uma excelente localização, proximo a restaurantes, fast foods e das atrações turísticas que são bem perto tambem. Recomendo
