San Martin Cartagena recensioner

Just packing my luggage and I realized that a folding knife (a gift from my husband) was stolen from my room!! This morning a put on a swimsuit and put the knife in a plastic bag back on the top of my luggage. Luckily our money and passports were in a safe box this never!!! Happened to me in a hotel and I travel a lot!! I thought San Martin is a good place but obviously even if you put DND on the top of your door they dare to enter your room and steal anything valuable!!!! I am so furious and sad. My holiday is broken:((( and I doubt I will ever come back though found Cartagena so charming. In this hotel people know about your steps!!!, little staff and relatively small place. I am sure they saw us catching a tour in the morning so they knew we are going to be away. DO NOT GO TO STAY HERE!!!

Very good budget Hotel, conveniently located, very well maintained and decorated, it is worth your money. It is comfortable the staff is courteous and welcoming and the rooms are okay in size. I will stay there again.

Generally very good and I would recommend. This is my second trip to Cartagena and hotels are not cheap. This was very reasonable and has a good location near shops, restaurants, bars, the beach, supermarket and more. You are a short cheap uber ride away from the Walled City. Staff were lovely, friendly and nice. I arrived early and they made every effort to give me my room before the checking in time. Room was basic but fine with air conditioning, fridge, safe, some complimentary toiletries and more. Not a huge room but fine. I slept comfortably. Wifi was generally fine but went a few times. Bathroom was super small. I didn't like this. Breakfast was included but I didn't have it as I am not normally one for breakfast. It looked fine as I walked past each morning with the usual eggs and fruit. Appears to be served rather than a buffet. Hotel has nice grounds and I enjoyed sitting outside after a day sightseeing. Almost like a big mansion. My difference between a 4 and 5 is cleanliness. Despite the hotel being clean, there were the odd few stray hairs in the hallway, on the stairs and my room. I also saw a nail cutting. I think they may need a little more attention to detail on cleaning. Housekeeping was done well otherwise. The small bathroom was not great. The sink splat water all over and then there is a hair dryer right by the sink which is dangerous and makes no sense. Otherwise, fine. Not luxury but a pleasant hotel and I would recommend if you need to keep costs down!

the hotel and service was very good, especially considering the price. The breakfasts were good, location good, service good. very good value. not much else to say to get to the minimum character count.

Kleines, familiäres Hotel an zentraler Lage. Der Strand ist zu Fuss keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Restaurants und Shops in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel liegt an einer relativ lauten Hauptstrasse. Je weiter weg das Zimmer von dieser Strasse umso ruhiger. Ansonsten durch das Hupen und Partybusse relativ laut. Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine normale Grösse. Das Frühstück wird serviert (kein Büffet). Das Angebot ist überschaubar und einfach. Qualitativ nichts besonderes, aber i.O. Fazit: günstiges, sauberes Hotel an toller Lage

Hospedaje en familia del 30 al 3 de octubre 2022 . Excelente :ubicación, instalación, servicio, WIFI, atención, desayuno excelente, precio asequible. Las camas muyyy comodas, lo unico es que mi habitacion no daba a la calle, pero no es una limitante para volver.

O pior para mim foi o café da manha, na reserva fala que é servido um café da manha, mas no meu ponto de vista o que é servido não pode ser considerado como uma refeição. Tinha que ficar implorando para vir as coisas e o atendente fica com uma cara horrível. No banheiro não tinha tapete.

Excelente ubicación ya que se encuentra en la avenida principal donde encontramos varios restaurantes, tiendas comerciales, etc, habitaciones confortables climatizadas, excelente servicio del personal del hotel, muy buena la comida sin duda alguna volvería a ir siempre

Hotel simples, porém OK. Não entendi o motivo do cafe da manhã não ser buffet como qualquer outro lugar do mundo. Pode ser um detalhe, mas pra quem tem passeios agendados não dá pra tomar um cafe da manhã rápido. Quase perdemos o passeio em um dia e no outro ficamos sem café da manhã, apesar do esforço dos poucos funcionários.

Califico mal este Hotel, ya que durante mi estadía me robaron objetos de valor de la habitación. Al preguntar, me informaron que casualmente las cámara que cubrían mi habitación estaban malas. Logre contactar el Gerente dueño, quien ratifico el problema que tenían con las cámaras y tampoco me resolvió ni respondió por nada. Claramente es un Hotel inseguro y con mala administración. Su precio nada que ver con la calidad, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Muito bom, ótima localização, ótimo atendimento, preço e café da manhã excelente, recomendo. Atendiemnto além de muito prestativos, extremamente educados e sempre à disposição para ajudar, menos de 100 metros da praia e de bares e restaurantes.

Excelente relación costo-beneficio, desayuno y atención excelente, cerca de todo, el personal es muy atento, el servicio es muy bueno, las habitaciones son muy limpias y confortables, espacios muy agradables Volveremos este año
