Nice hotel, excellent location, great service. The only thing it could improve on a bit is its breakfast.

Emplacement idéal proche des commodités. La piscine en rooftop avec vue sur la mer est un vrai plus. Le personnel de l’hôtel est aux petits soins. L’hôtel est très propre. Le spa est cependant un peu petit.

L’hotel è nuovo e si trova in buona posizione. La colazione non è variegata come ci si aspetterebbe in un cinque stelle. La reception non risponde alle e-mail (viene pubblicizzato sul sito un banco escursioni che non esiste) e quando abbiamo chiesto personalmente di trovarci un driver per andare in giro due giorni, non ci hanno fatto sapere nulla.

This is the best hotel to stay in La Marsa. I had ordered a sea view room and I highly recommend this room! The hotel is in a great area and has many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The beach is across the street from the. The rooftop has a beautiful pool and views. The breakfast is wonderful, especially the fruit choices. What makes this hotel so special is the people that work there. They are so helpful and nice. My flight arrived at 2:15am and the hotel arranged for a driver to pick me up. There was some confusion over the room I reserved, however, it was handled with grace. My first time visiting and it will not be the last! Thank you!

Top location. Beautiful view friendly staff .The staff did everything to make sure we have comfortable and pleasant stay.They decorated our rooms with fresh flowers which I found very classy. They are very responsive to their guests concerns

So, after a long, overnight flight from the US, we arrive at the hotel to only be told that we don't have the 2 rooms that we paid for and reserved. They tried to tell us that we had canceled the reservation. Then I showed them my Agoda/ Priceline hotel vochure, which says we fully paid for the rooms. In addition, I showed them my Visa statement that showed that the room had been charged by the booking agent and paid for in full. So after this, I was expecting to be able to check in. But no. I was then told that even though I paid for the room in full, that they were having issues with Agoda, and they THEY and cancelled our room reservations and I would have to take up getting a refund for my payment with Agoda and we would have to pay for the rooms again. In addition, they only had one room left for that day, and we would have to share the room. I asked if I would have a regular double bed because I don't like sleeping on cots. They said yes. I got to the room, and it was an uncomfortable, hard cot. This hotel never contacted us to let us know that they canceled the reservation and that they no longer had my room. This was an extremely negative experience. They did try to make up for things by sending us 3 glasses of champagne and some fruit and nuts. I could not cancel my reservation with Agoda since it was past the time limit of 24 hours, so I called Visa and disputed the charge. Somehow, I am paying the price for the hotel's issues with the booking agents. So beware you may have the same problem. The breakfast buffet was below average, and the pool is not heated. The rooms are reasonably comfortable across from the beach.

Wow! From the moment you step inside you feel a sense of calm. Staff on the desk where beyond helpful and checked in regularly to see if our stay was a good one. All staff we encountered with wonderful; polite, well humoured and helpful. The hotel it's self is located in a great sport to access all in the area. I loved the sea view from my room as you also got to watch the real busy lives of local people enjoying a break. My room was perfect with everything you could need: towels, hair dryer, dressing robes, coffee machine (topped up 1 or twice a day), safe, tv, blue tooth speaker and toiletries. The rooftop pool is a little piece of heaven (that the owner is continuously improving). Staff around the pool and in the restaurant were a delight. The food was delicious and excellent value for money. Breakfast was plentiful and with coffee freshly made to order. Overall a hotel I will remember for all the right reasons.
