The staff were so kind and welcoming. They give you mint tea and cookies upon arrival as we were waiting for our room. The room facilities were clean but the design could be improved. The shower glass door didn't keep the water from leaking out of the shower, and our balcony door wouldn't lock but they fixed it immediately. Breakfast was great. Note that the elevator only starts on the 2nd floor so there is always one flight of steps. We were only in Casablanca one night.

Very good hotel in a strategical position to visit Casablanca... Clean and quiete... Thanks to Sofien at the desk for his kindness.. Always perfect..the breakfast is Very cool.. We love Casablanca and the story of the economic center of Marocco Kingdom ❤️

I stayed at this property March 5-6 2024, Room 36 I think. Hotel is pretty centrally located and I had no problem getting there from the Nations Unies tram stop. Check in was a breeze, and I was served tea and cookies while I waited. Room was clean and spacious... furniture a little dated, shower made most of the bath wet. I rested very well! Front desk staff helped me navigate reaching sights in the area. Brahim checked me out the next morning. I'm very happy he insisted that I had a bit of breakfast. I would stay here again! Thanks!

Hotel Paris is located pretty centrally and this is a great location from which to explore Casablanca. The rooms are basic but have ample space, and are both comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was that our shower cubicle leaked so every time it was used, the bathroom floor flooded. The breakfast that was included with our stay was excellent and filling My only word of warning is that they do have a lift, but you have to go up some stairs to the first floor to access this, it is not available from the ground floor. As such if you have mobility issues, this is probably not the hotel for you. If you're fine with stairs, it's not bad value for the price.

Discovered this by chance when looking for a bar in Casablanca to have lunch, great roof top restaurant with amazing views. Had great tapas and nice cold beers on a very warm day, were the only customers and had super service. Would highly recommend.

The Staff will do anything for you with joy and brains. Located in the midst of a pedestiran only plaza in Old Town. Ancient. Nothing over 4 - 5 stories. Liked · Breakfast was upscale, served by Waiter, both in the 60 seat restaurant with glass to street view; while the room service was perfect as well. The entry doors to each room are about 8' high; all varbished wood; and all carved with images and designs which are priceless. ALL staff are so willing to be helpful. The Front Desk Manager, Abrahim, is so cordial, and also th eperfect Concierge. He even had a staff person walk me up 3 blocks amidst heavy traffic, pedestrians, side streets, diagonal streets so I would not ge t lost; and this Moroccan upscale establishement defines Cassablanca in class, menu selections and presentation. Disliked · As an old Building, the entry stairs are a challenge for some elderly. Nevertheless, a Bell Hop rushes outside to take ALL luggage of your hands for those stairs. The lift starts at the 2nd floor so there is a winding staircase in classic marble, which one has to climb for access to any room. The stairs is not really a NOT LIKE. It is an understandable hurdle. If you seek modern, skip Cassablanca or stay down town where you will not know if you are in Miami Beach or Africa.
