Dear Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Team, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our honeymoon at your hotel. The welcoming decorations in our room, adorned with beautiful rose flowers, made our stay truly special. I would like to give a special mention to Aida, who took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. Every time we needed assistance, she was there, ensuring our comfort and happiness.  Additionally, I want to thank the front desk manager, Samiya Bernoussi, for accommodating our request for a late check-out after we learned about our flight delay. It was like any other hotel except that you feel the luxury here. Didn’t even offer welcome drink or fruit platter just 3 miserable pieces of macaroons in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Went to pool around 6.30pm. Nobody was there to provide towels ?

The service is excellent, which is usual for 4 seasons. The spa was under renovation,which we should have been informed while booking. The other major drawback is the hotel does not have a bar and does not serve any liquor because of its proximity to the Hasán mosque.

最後一站是卡桑布蘭卡，預訂了理想中的四季酒店，如預期一樣，各方面都非常出色，首先靠海有美麗的風景，其次乾淨，吃的滿意，

酒店太貴太摳，尤其是沐浴露洗髮水瓶子頭部太細了，要按好多次才能跟中國普通的泵頭的量；人員服務態度還不錯；早餐種類不算多，煎蛋之類都要重新單點

對四季這樣的酒店，客人的預期和要求自然會高一些。離店後收到酒店的調查問卷，其中一個問題是問在入住期間有沒有感覺到被personally recognized，我的答案肯定是沒有。先不論同一件事跟前台不同的工作人員要重複地説明解釋，更別指望他們會記得你的名字房間了，就連最基本的主動對客人面帶微笑都做不到，你不先沖他們滿臉堆笑，他們就一副冷若冰霜生人勿近的樣子，有時即便你給他們笑臉他們都不笑，絕了！大街上的摩洛哥人可不這樣，都熱情得很，怎麼就你們在四季幹活的高人一等？上前台問個事跟欠了他們多少錢似的，一副別來煩我的模樣，真讓人搓火！但是大堂餐廳的服務員都非常好，住下來對餐廳是最滿意的。去卡薩建議先住幾天市中心把景點逛完，再來這家休整，享受陽光海灘。

海邊的酒店，非常漂亮。安檢嚴格，很安全。

酒店服務非常不好，前台工作人員沒有笑容。房間玻璃窗是沾着灰塵的。太失望

酒店的位置位於海邊，面對着北大西洋。這裡是卡薩布蘭卡最高檔的，也是唯一的一個五星酒店。酒店的所有人員都非常友善。給人賓客如歸的感覺。大堂和房間的裝潢都非常高檔，設備非常新，非常的温馨。餐廳面對大海，產品也比較多，味道也很好。游泳池在裝修。總體感覺還是很好的。

もともと1泊の予定でしたが、あまりにも良かったため延泊しました。またホテルの匂いも良くてお土産に買いました。

價錢是不便宜，但是房間大，服務好，環境好，有沙灘🏖️，泳池，旁邊就是一個Mall，特別方便
