it's hard to find a good thing: - lamp on the bed was bent - the mini fridge isn't working and smells terrible - the shower head of the wc is broken - the whole room smells bad like mold - can't pay with credit cards(despite what it says on the door) - The guy at the desk didn't explained anything(where the breakfast is, what time, checkout time, wifi password) - the bathroom is extremely unsafe because it always full of water - no battery in the TV remote - breakfast was bad (old cereals) few choice - no towels we did ask, and when they changed the room didn't left any, we had to ask twice - rooms are pretty noisy and it's hard to sleep because you need to slap the doors to close them - room is dirty

I booked a surprise getaway to Casablanca for my boyfriend’s birthday which was ruined by the hotel. Upon first arrival, the hotel is further away from the landmarks and train station than initially thought - around 25 min walk from the train station. When we entered the room the bedroom seemed nice, clean and modern. When entering the bathroom the towel rail fell off the wall and hit my partner on the head. The shower was broken and water came from a small part of the shower at an incredibly slow pace. The balcony doors do not fully shut and the hotel is on a main road so constantly busy with traffic sounds all throughout the night and the rooms are incredibly cold. The curtains also didn’t properly fit the balcony doors so there was no way of making the room dark. To top it all off, I was told by the staff that I had booked a transfer to RAK airport for 450dhs only to find out that they were ‘unsure who had said this’ and would not honour this they instead said we could get a taxi for 2000dhs. We checked out of the hotel early and will not be returning. We expressed our complaints to the front desk staff who called a manager to come and speak to us but she said she would not come downstairs to speak with us. Terrible hotel, terrible management and whoever runs the *********** page ruined our holiday.

Les chambres notamment la 105 La fenêtre ne joint pas,grand espace en haut donc bruits de la rue,bar animé ou boite de nuit,je n ai pas été voir. Pas très propre La salle de bain wc qui bouge,lavabo avec cheveux,sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas….. Petit déjeuner pas prêt à l heure d’ ouverture Wc hall d accueil très sale Le personnel sympathique pas de possibilité pour payer en carte à l arrivée Le personnel a appelé un taxi pour nous emmener au restaurant sauf que celui ci nous a conduit ailleurs pas à l endroit voulu Bref pas une bonne expérience

Le personnel est gentille, mais la structure très très sale mauvaise odeur qu’il arrive dans la salle de bain impossible de dormir, sans ouvrir la fenêtre, plein de poussière dans la chambre et la terrasse inaccessible à cause des pigeons . il y a de mieux. je ne le conseille pas.
