You can do better. This Resort/Spa Hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable, in a beautiful and quiet setting/location. The room was lovely! BUT sadly, the staff was so unwelcoming, so unaccommodating and just plain awkward, seeming pretentious and weird, which was very different from our experience in Rome & Sorrento. Not sure if it was the region, or just poor hirings. You could have cut the tension amongst the staff with a knife! Honestly, I would not recommend this stay. You can do better! The nicest people on staff were the bar tender in training, Christopher & the cleaning lady with the very short dark hair, who really just greeted us with a smile & replenished our toiletries. But it was her pleasant personality that stuck with us, as was with Christopher. They were both so sweet, genuine, professional, kind, engaging and an attribute to your establishment. My advice,... WELCOME your guest with a smile! LIGHTEN UP! People are there on vacation! Maybe some soft music in the lobby just to warm things up a bit. And get more staff like the bar tender in training and the room service cleaner, whose name we fail to remember. People have different reasons to stay at your hotel. Not all are there to use the spa. But all should be welcome! We stayed there 4 nights to see Tuscany and chose this stay as it was more in line with our expectations and what we are used to, but again the overall feel was starchy and awkward. WARM IT UP!

Charming & beautiful hotel & spa Amazing location, well maintained, staff is amazing. Rich &yummy breakfast and amazing warm pool. Spa was unique and one of the best I’ve been to. Traveled with a baby and the did above and beyond to accommodate us ❤️ Restaurant was ok (pagoda), a bit pricey and we had better meals outside the hotel.

Great! Especially SPA, Valeria and her team are real professionals, a great pleasure… the food in the restaurant and service were fantastic, the room most clean, valet and reception fine! The surroundings of Orvieto and landscape are stunning… really recommendable for a quiet welness stay …

An amazing stay… We love this hotel and will keep returning. The grounds are extensive and lovely; the hotel itself is beautifully furnished and very comfortable with spacious communal areas. The rooms are also excellent and the food at breakfast and dinner is delicious. However, the highlight for us is always the wonderful staff who go out of their way to be charming, helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble here and we would recommend it very highly to anyone looking for an amazing stay in a beautiful location.

Amazing place! Hotel impressive but tye staff make it. Fabulous spa , swimming pools and swimming the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. What really surprised is the food which was sublime. There’s a young waiter, Jacamo, who is just fabulous. Knowledgeable, yet so young, he has a great way with him and nothing is too much trouble. Probably one of the best experiences we have ever had (and we have had a few!). The kitchen is incredible and we ate there every evening. They will even make foods off the menu (ask for the Carbonara!). Furthermore the breakfast is incredible, one of the finest, with hot food being made to order. We will certainly return. This place is a real gem.
