Missed the simple things like a bath mat, a non slip mat to use while showering and drinking glasses available in the room.
Bed was okay, a little creaky and “well used”

Room in bad state of repair handles hanging off the windows, toilet handle hanging off. Toilet roll holder hole in the wall, no hand washing liquid, cleaning substandard at best! It’s too late to book elsewhere but After just spending a weekend in Premier Inn I won’t be booking with travelodge again it’s very run down and unkempt! PS staff refused to help with WiFi problem! And no advisors available!

These are photos of the "cleaniless", or lack of it, for the accessible shower at this hotel, and another room on a different floor that we had booked. The photos speak for themselves. I would also advise that you take your own mugs. We had two rooms booked, in the second room the cleaning staff had flicked the dirty mugs under the bathroom tap and put them back on the tray - complete with a dirty spoon covered in hot chocolate from a previous guest(!!!) that I had left to the side and my coffee stains in the supposedly clean mugs. I have attached photos showing the standard of hygiene in each bathroom.

Water and sand weren’t drained from the sink in the bathroom. It reeked of urine in the toilet. For a family room, only one towel was provided. So much noise from outside, room may not be sound proofed.

A great hotel situated in a great spot. Perfect for our visit to Tunes on the bay. Great staff on the front desk could not be more welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy and it is quiet and a nice place to stay. Good nearby parking for £5 a day is very reasonable.

We were happy with our acommodations and with the reception when we arrived but were disappointed with the fact that our room wasn't ready. We had payed for an early arrival. Nevertheless the reception offered us a complimentry drink but we turned it down because we booked an early stay for a reason. Thankfully the reception found us another room which was ready which we were greatful for.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very basic, and not very clean. Breakfast is fine. We had three rooms on the Saturday night at £130 B&B per room. It just wasn't worth that price.
