We stayed at Premier Inn for one night on Thursday, but unfortunately, our experience was far from restful. When we checked into the room, we were in a rush to head out, so we didn’t initially notice anything unusual. However, upon returning late at night, we were hit with a strong, lingering smell of smoke. The odor was so overpowering that it caused both of us headaches, and despite being exhausted, we struggled to sleep. By morning, the smell had seeped into our hair and clothes, forcing us to take another shower before checking out. This was incredibly disappointing, as we expected a clean and smoke-free environment. While the location was convenient, this issue made our stay very uncomfortable. We hope Premier Inn improves its policies to ensure rooms are properly aired and free from lingering smoke smells.

Stayed for a weekend aways from Manchester for a resting weekend as I have been ill first night amazing second was awful group of teenagers banging playing rugby on the hall trying to get in our room scaring my little girl to death so wouldn't sleep they were on the floor above to so was like there was a nightclub upstairs with the noise and banging this went on till the early hours even after being told by staff and numerous complaints we left early on the Sunday rather then enjoying our last day exhausted as we had about two hours sleep gutted as I've come back worse then I went
