Located in the middle of the city centre close to castle and local attractions. Unfortunately room backed into a night club which played music till 4am. If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. Other then that lovely place.

Great stay. Ellis on reception was very helpful. He was in a great mood as England had beaten Wales in the Rugby. The breakfast was delicious and the room very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend and would be very happy to stay again.

Room was booked 6months ago £250 a night!! The room was tiny with no drawers or bedside table and the most uncomfortable bed and hard pillows I have ever tried to sleep on. The bathroom was tiny with a small shower area with a curtain that didn’t stop the water escaping onto the floor with no mat. No extractor fan or air con in either rooms. It was incredible noisy even wearing earplugs and shutting the windows until 5am. On the plus side, the staff were all very polite and breakfast was of a high standard and plenty of choice. Probably won’t ever return

always good value for the money and the beds are very comfortable and having a wheelchair user with us the assessable rooms are a very generous size

Stayed for one night and had a fantastic stay rooms where clean and very comfy beds. That staff where very friendly one young man called Ellis looked after us very well very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Would stay again and would recommend to friends.

On arrival our room was not quite ready but, the staff were amazing. We sat in the restaurant with a nice cup of tea untill the room was ready. Our room was beautiful and clean lovely and warm. The bed was so comfy. All Staff were friendly and helpful. I have stayed at this Travelodge at Queen st Cardiff many times and I look forward to my next visit
