Trevliga faciliteter med utmärkta pooler, vattenpark och strand. Vi bodde i en bungalow som var angripen av myggor och luktade avlopp. Middag var acceptabel men verkade vara catering för 1000 personer åt gången. Middagen var ok och frukosten mycket bättre. Det verkar som att de bästa faciliteterna är reserverade för storspelare. Vi var inbjudna till hotellet tidigare och hade en fantastisk måltid i huvudbyggnaden, men den här gången gick vi missnöjda och kommer inte att gå tillbaka för att stanna.

They have clean rooms and beach is great but animations could be funnier. There’s nothing to do after 10pm.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Deniz tertemiz. Çocuklar için aktiviteler tüm gününü dolduruyor. Personel güleryüzlü fakat personel sayısı misafirler için yeterli değil. Temizlik orta kalitede. Yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitler yeterli. aquaparklar çocuklar için yeterli.

Hello to everyone who will read me here. My little son and I are regular guests at Acapulco Resort for family holidays and business. We definitely like this place for many positive reasons, such as kind and attentive personnel, which immediately resolves all issues and requests. Specially, I would like to express my appreciation, for their hard work and devotion, to Esra and Şerife - GR Managers, to Uğur- Reception Manager, who upgraded my room to Suite on the occasion of the 8th of March and truly made my holiday unforgettable, to the waiter Karla and chefs Asel, Malika for their delicious food and excellent service. However, I have some comments regarding preparation and arrangements for the International Women’s Day at Acapulco. I came here to specifically celebrate this important holiday, it is very important to me and all women around the globe. I expected to find nicely decorated premises, flowers, special music, and special food, and maybe some concert for this significant for all women day. But instead there was literally nothing special, as though it was a very usual day. The same thing happened last year 2024. This comment I address to the higher level of management. I sincerely hope that they will be more attentive and considerate to international women who visit Acapulco on this special occasion and will be much better prepared next year. It's all very nice the ladies in the guess it's very friendly.. Ms Esra is the beste!!!! And she have great team Zehra Sina Serife thank you!!! we love thıs hotel we appreciate about cleaning and buffet they have to much option and food is too delicious. We hope to see you again

We come to Acapulco with Esra, she is great and her team Zehra Sina Serife is always helpful, I thank them very much, we also love the hotel very much and the food is absolutely delicious,they have to much option love to this country. Hope to see you again.

My husband and i stayed here for 9 nights from 15th October, we paid well over £2000 and expected better accommodation than what we were given as it was more like 2 star, an old battered damp smelly building out of the ark. We were first put on the fifth floor in a room that stank and the air conditioning was dripping water, we went to the reception area where we were first dropped off after arriving and complained so were then taken back to the same old building and given another room on the fifth floor which didn’t smell but was still awful. This was late at night and we were tired so accepted it reluctantly. The positives of our stay were the pools which were very impressive and the water park for the kids. The food was plentiful but the walk down hill to the restaurant was quite a trek so wouldn’t be suitable for those with mobility issues. The complex I’d say was 5 star but the accommodation no way, so be aware, unless you upgrade you will be put in an old smelly building akin to Noah’s ark The pics online do not tell the whole truth or mention that it’s more like cat city so unless you love cats you won’t like this. We absolutely felt ripped off and it wasn’t worth the money, when you pay for 5star you don’t expect 2 star
