SPLENDIDO , COLAZIONE ABBONDANTE E BUONA , TITOLARI ACCOGLIENTI E SEMPLICEMENTE MERAVIGLIOSI , MIA FIGLIA SI E SENTITA MALE DI DOMENICA SI SONO OFFERTI DI ANDARE A CERCARE LA FARMACIA DI TURNO (per fortuna risolta senza medicinali ma questo la dice lunga su queste splendide persone ).

A well-positioned small hotel, close to the old town, lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to the bus and train station for day trips. Our room was huge with a very comfortable bed. There is a bit of street noise but it didn't really bother us. Good selection of cereals, cheese, meat, yogurt, breads etc for breakfast. The owner and his daughter were very helpful.

The hotel is great. Its near the downtown. The room we took was really nice for a couple with a double shower. The breakfast was also great. The host was polite and very helpful. There are a lot of places to eat near the hotel but I can reccomend eating in the historical center.

We just returned from Catania. We stayed in Plebis for a total of 5 nights. Plebis is located close to Catania's main attractions. close to the airport. Cheep parking close by. Rooms are big, comfy & very clean. Breakfast was very good. The family who owns and manages the hotel is very friendly, They did their best to help us in any way we needed, We felt at home far away from home.

The hotel is set in a bustling area famed for BBQ restaurants and street vendors. It's busy until shortly after midnight so if that will bother you then this isn't the place for you. That said, the hotel is flawless from start to finish. Rooms are stylish and modern, beds are medium to firm so for me were extremely comfortable. The powerful shower is revitalising and refreshing in the morning followed by an amazing breakfast of fresh local bread, fruit, cereals, meat and eggs. They even had English tea which was very welcome treat for me after a long time away from home. Spotlessly clean and having wonderful hosts this a definite 10/10 for me. The owners daughter Renata was kind enough to send lots of information about restaurants, bars and sightseeing prior to my stay, which was very helpful.

We would highly recommend the Plebis, the room was spacious and very clean with everything you need and the rain shower was wonderful. The breakfasts were delicious (they even organised a birthday cake for my husband). Paid parking is about 5/10 minutes walk away. Wonderfully central for everywhere in Catania. But the main attraction was the owners (Salatore, his wife and daghter Renata) who were so welcoming and warm and gave us great advice on local restaurants, bars and attractions, they nade our stay in Catania wonderful. We cannot recommend the Plebis highly enough and hope to return there again.

This property is excellent, the interior has been finished to a very high standard and is very clean, calm and comfortable. The room was very spacious with a beautiful terrace and the bathroom was large, modern - the walk in shower was excellent. The staff were so helpful and friendly offering lists of food and drink recommendations as well as a city map. Nothing was too much trouble. We only had one night here and wished we could have stayed longer, a fabulous experience.

Excellent b&b situated on a very busy street (with lots of street bbq restaurants right underneath the building) so I’d say if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you but it’s good value for money. The couple that own/run it are lovely; super helpful. The shower was very powerful and there was a great selection of food at breakfast time. Would recommend

Very clean , only 10 minutes from the historic center, helpful people, close by parking, aplace to choose. I will recomend it as a syrategic place to explore the eastern part of Sicily, visit Etna, Taormina, Alcantara park. You dont need a car to visit allt he main spots of the city, its easy to strollaround and get the feeling of the city.
