Wifi is only available around the reception. Location is good. I won’t recommend the hotel due to the one rude staff who blamed me for putting a key on the wrong door(there were two doors before the reception). At that time I was super tired after walking all day but he ordered me to wait until he finished talking on the phone with angry face. He called me off that I almost damaged the door by clicking the key too much and the other customers could haven’t use it then I have to pay for the damage. He even mentioned the price for it. Then I had to show him that I can use the keys in the right place and turn them properly. The worst customer service I’ve ever had and my trip was damaged..

特別特別破的一家老房公寓改造的民宿。前台是兩個**氣很重的當地男性。房間內沒有wif，7月的西西里的氣温高達四十度，這家店要求每天晚上不開空調。為了儘量減少住客的使用，限制住客的捲紙，肥皂供應，同時每天10點之後要求離開酒店，坐在大堂也不行（我們有的時候想在大堂商量一些第二天會議的事情，趕人）。打掃完之後經常發現房門直接開着。甚至為了確認室內情況，不打招呼多次私自打開房門檢查空調情況。（一共住宿5天，無空調的情況下有兩天）在拖拖拉拉的空調修好後每天不打招呼開房門進我們房間。我的女生同事合住一個房間，夏天不能開空調，白天10點之後要闖進來趕人，實在膽戰心驚。另外在所有費用提前付款，準時離店（早晨離店時間10:00）的情況下，依然亂收費我同事95歐。工作15年了，國內外酒店去過不少，最差的體驗沒有之一。溝通上講英語裝聽不懂，翻譯器用意大利文溝通立刻凶神惡煞嚇唬你不回覆。買的包含早餐，結果這家店每天衹買兩個非常劣質的麪包，搭配些有點爛的水果，噁心至極。你沒聽錯就是兩個麪包，住客衹能拿刀切薄片分着吃，經常無早餐可吃。同時住宿期間抓到前台多次撒謊，人品極差。我覺得該酒店不適合任何目的出行。

Hôtel très bien placé à catane. La personne à l’accueil est très souriante et agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix!

家庭酒店，位置很好，臨近步行街，出行旅遊都非常方便，就是設施相對比較陳舊。

Posizione centralissima ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa (nessun rumore in stanza ). Struttura un po’ datata, materasso troppo molle … ma ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo . I due receptionist sono molto simpatici ed efficienti .

The bathroom constantly smelled of sewage, and the space was so small that you couldn't sit on the toilet. Wifi is not available either in the room or in the lobby. Breakfast was also included in the price, but we preferred to buy food for ourselves, because the quantity and quality of the food on display was below criticism. After that, we gave the hotel another chance and paid for the Etna tour, but before we left, the plan changed and after the tour we didn't come back to the hotel, but they took us to Taormina, they just forgot to tell us that they wouldn't bring us back from there, only then did we realize, when he asked us to take a photo of the bus schedule.
