Good option if you would like to explore Catania for a few days. B&B is very centrally located, walking distance to old centre and cultural highlights. Rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable quality beds and good internet. Breakfast is very basic (a bit too basic in our opinion).

Situated in a nice and central location. Very comfortable and spacious room. Everything worked as it should. Rosanna was there when we arrived and was on hand at breakfast time. We loved her! “Ciao Rosanna”!!😘 Manuella the owner, was always available to assist whenever we needed help. She must be hardwired to wassap!! If we come back to Catania, we’ll come back to you!! We arrived late (11pm) Manuella was really accommodating and left clear instructions of how to get into the property. Property itself is homely, clean and comfortable. The room was big with much needed air conditioning and lots of storage if needed. Modern bathroom. Breakfast supplied 2 days in a room with a great continental selection and fresh coffee and tea offered. Good location - 15 mins walk to the centre. Would recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Catania.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are airy and spacious. Perfect for a small family. The breakfast was plentiful. Only thing is, like most places in Italy no lifts. So if you have small children it will get hard. I liked this hotel, not Catania so much. Bit rough around the edges. If I could pick up this B&B and put it in Sorrento or Tuscany I would have been so happy.

We spent 4 nights at Il Leone Blu, and truly enjoyed the experience. It is located under 15 minutes from the airport, and very close to reasonably priced restaurants. The rooms are clean, spacious, and with a nice breakfast. Nice pastries! The best part of our time at the hotel was the host, who was very helpful. We had a long delay, missed our connection to Sicily, and arrived at 11 pm instead of 2 pm. Manuela was very gracious, making sure she stayed up to help us. We were quite happy with our choice of Il Leone Blu.

Amazing accommodation in Catania. Very bright and spacious room for a family of 4. Lovely breakfast (based on sweet items). Water and coffee available even outside breakfast hours. Host is very accessible via WhatsApp. The place is close to the bus station but 30mins away on foot to the train station and other bus station. Many restaurants close by

I stayed for 4 nights, really close to everything, owner is super helpful, she texted me how to get there form airport, highlights etc. they serve really good breakfast. Nice big clean rooms, comfy beds.

My sister and I stayed for 2 nights and can highly recommend. A great location, very relaxed and Manuela was a perfect host. Would happily stay again. The breakfast had plenty of choice and coffee was always available.

Siamo stati a metà ottobre in questo splendido &/& che rispecchia la bellezza della città di Catania. Io e mio marito lo consigliamo vivamente per la pulizia delle camere fornite dei comfort di cui un visitatore ha bisogno : bagni grandi e dotati di tutte le comodità e che cosa non si può dire delle splendide e luminose camere con delle volte spettacolari, che raccontano la storia del palazzo. Un complimento a Manuela che ha saputo ridare con maestria e competenza a questa casa d'epoca la sua originaria bellezza. La colazione buona e abbastanza ricca sia dei dolci tipici catanesi, che di salati; altra nota positiva sono a disposizione durante il giorno bustine di tè, cialde di caffè, bicchieri di carta, insomma sembra proprio di stare a casa tua. Dimenticavo una cosa importante la centralità del posto: noi abbiamo visitato la città con la "pediculare" ah ah ah e io e mio marito non siamo dei giovincelli . Complimenti allo staff, un saluto particolare alla splendida Manuela che con la sua gentilezza, il suo sorriso e la sua disponibilità ha reso questa vacanza ad una coppia di Napoletani "STRAORDINARIA"
