The hotel is well located 20 mins walk from the old town square but next to everything. It is in renovation partially so the gym wasn't open and the lobby is diminished. The breakfast although rich and tasty was not replenished and advertised until 12h on sundays but half empty by 10h so it was such a bummer knowing that we paid extra for that. So all in all feels like a 4 stars but still in progress and for the high price we paid we would have expected more.

Clean and safe hotel, spacious room with good spread of breakfast. Walking distance to Etnea (shopping belt), with several restaurants in vicinity. Enjoyed our stay there. Appreciate the staff for helping to arrange a room for us where we do not have to change room as we join our tour group that started with a night stay at this hotel.

被子特別厚！很不舒服！隔音特別不好 我能聽見別人開燈關燈的聲音！還有沖水的聲音！淋浴房特別特別小 與我預訂的房間圖片不一樣 這對我很重要 讓我很生氣 不允許欺騙客人！並且沐浴露洗髮水護髮素都發臭了！看來很久沒更換和檢查！

早朝出発のサポート　朝食が質素なイタリアにおいてはとても充実していました　レストラン街にも歩いて行けるのでおすすめです　バスタブあるお部屋でゆっくりできました

Le seul NH en Italie qui m'a déplu, alors que cette chaîne est très bonne. Immeuble fatigué, accueil sans plus, j'ai été mal servi parce que je ne parlais pas italien, car tout italien qui venait demander quelque chose était servi immédiatement. Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié. La chambre avait une déco sombre et sale, très fatiguée. Aucun service proposé mais en plus il fallait payer 3€ la petite bouteille d'eau quand c'est en général offert gratuitement. Bruyant car la chambre donnait sur la rue de circulation voiture. Elle était trop chaude à 26 degrés et le thermostat ne fonctionnait plus. Bref encore une chambre pourrie que l'on refile au touriste pigeon de l'étranger. Le petit déjeuner était bien mais non généreux, sans plus par rapport aux autres NH, en plus le service de table est bruyant, ranger en jetant fourchette assiette brutalement en faisant des bruits insupportables, ça commence mal la journée. L'hôtellerie à Catane est la pire de toute la Sicile, il faut vraiment penser à moderniser, à changer le personnel dont l'accueil date d'une autre époque.
