首先能住是能住。但是它給的圖片有很大誤區，這不是酒店而是一個名宿。你會跟其它兩個房間的租户共住在一個房子裏。洗澡的下水道很堵，水會溢出來。

Por llegar fuera del horario del check-in previsto, nos tuvimos que alojar en un ubicación cercana, con unas condiciones similares, el casero amablemente nos proporcionó rápidamente esta solución, Zonas comunes muy limpias, cama cómoda. Toallas limpias. Bonitas vistas del mar. Lo único a mejorar quizás es la limpieza del cuarto ( sabanas y suelo). Por lo demás perfecto.

it was a terrible experience, we have travel all night and when we arrived at 9:40 AM, no one was pick up the cellphone and the reception didn’t answer. we was with a little baby and we left us outside till 13:00! we called them at 13:00 and they started yelling that whey ware inside the building! after that we told us that we will get inside at 15:00 when the owner will come ate the apartment! whey ware very rude and arrogant, after we have send the screenshots all the call te the owner and no response from them. we have stay 5 day with only one pair of towel. we pay the breakfast and was never served. in the end they send us a sms why we left the apartment in disorder. we have pay the fee of cleaning! the house has to much noise, old building and very dirty. i don’t recommend to any other person.

The B&B is located in a beautiful old building with high ceilings and balconies. The hosts are lovely; kind and helpful! They helped is out when we were in a difficult situation. We had booked another B&B in the same building but when arriving in the evening they couldnt accomodate us. The hosts of Elephant smile came to our ”rescue” and arranged for us to stay at their B&B. We are so grateful for that, and the fact that the B&B turned out to be such a lovely place made it even better. The price is also very reasonable. If you stay in Catania we really recommend this place!

Todo el lugar desde el edificio, las escaleras, el ascensor, la habitación, el baño son horribles. La habitación con techo de 5 Mt y el baño hecho como una caja de zapatos adentro. Las fotos que muestran no se corresponden con la habitación. La puerta ventana al balcón diminuto no aíslan el ruido de la calle l zona horrorosa para caminar por su cercanía al puerto y estación de tren. Pagamos los dos días de reserva y nos fuimos a otro lado 30’ después de llegar. Tampoco hay un estacionamiento cerca y la calle es de pago de 8:30 am a 2;00 am. El apartamento sombrío y decadente. Se ve que la foto de la habitación o fue hecha en otro lado o no tuvimos la suerte que nos tocará La cama parecía correcta pero el ambiente de todo el apartamento era deprimente. Digamos que parece más una pensión para estudiantes sin recursos pero a precio de hotel decente.
