Very nice place, bright, clean and friendly helpful staff. The location on the long beach is OK. Excellent breakfast. I would come here again.

The team at Luxor went above and beyond for the entirety of our trip. From upgrading our room at no cost to planning a private wine tour near by. Words don’t do justice to the experience provided.

From the moment we arrived we felt incredibly welcome. The reception staff were polite and efficient explaining all we needed to know about the hotel which was useful as we haven't been to this hotel for a few years and things have changed since we were last there. Our room was a pool view room and was light and airy The air conditioning was excellent and needed. All the staff throughout the hotel were polite and friendly and Massimo and Elena the hotel owners welcomed you as if they were welcoming you into their own home. Always a welcoming smile and a Buongiorno whenever they saw you. Breakfast which is served from 7.30 until noon is buffet style and what a fantastic choice available. Excellent. The swimming pool is good and now they operate a booking system which guarantees you a place by the pool if you want one and stops people reserving sunbeds with towels and leaving them empty all day. More hotels should follow this example. All in all en excellent experience We will be back

We loved our stay here, lovely beach vibe, very airy and tasteful decor throughout. The breakfast was amazing with locally sourced fresh food and variety was plentiful. Location is fantastic. Close to cafes and restaurants and right on the beach.

Visited this hotel last year with a family of 6, found hotel staff to be very helpful and kind, breakfast was amazing with a lot of selection and a mixture of buffet and a lady making fresh crepes/waffles to provide for everybody, very nice view from breakfast area could even see the sea, very close to beach and very practical area. Rooms quite big with and a nice sea view for some of the rooms, bathrooms were superb,spacious and had a multifunctional powerful shower. Comfortable lounge/bar area. On the top floor there was a hot tub and a spa area with a lovely view. Pool was decent sized with a hot tub on the side and was not very busy also had a gym and kids soft play on the bottom floor. Would definitely recommend for a pleasant family stay.

The first time I stayed at this hotel was 49 years ago and the staff are still as friendly and attentive to you as they were then. A lot has change with the hotel as you can imagine since I first stayed here but the welcoming atmosphere has not changed. From Paola on reception Davide at the bar and all the other staff members nothing was to much trouble for them, even arranging the taxi to and from the airport. There was always something new to try at breakfast which sets this hotel apart from all the others and that 90% of the food and drink they use in the hotel is locally sourced. The rooms are spotless and were always made up promptly each morning. The location is excellent close to restaurants shops and of course the stop for the land train. The pool is an adequate size for the hotel and I like that you are not able to reserve your sun beds or leave your towels on them and you pop out for a couple of hours. Very fair I think. Looking forward to me visit next year.

Great Hotel, Nice room with Balcony, Fabulous breakfast with huge amount of choice, garage parking. right on beach but a little bit away from Centre of town (but lovely walk along the prom to get there. go out of season and you might get a great deal !
