Some staff are not accommodating and helpful when needed. Some have been rolling their eyes whilst we’re ordering food in the restaurant

Unfortunately I will not book again. Very poor quality services inside room. Actually nothing. If you want customers need to improve yourself.

The room was clean and the service was good

Hotel room was simple but clean, quiet, only supplying a little water and no kettle. For a hotel on the cheaper side it more or less met my expectations. Shops and a shopping mall are close by. The staff provided me a complementary airport shuttle run, which was much appreciated as Grab service is unavailable, and getting a taxi in this small remote city is cumbersome. The only complaint I had was the noisy air conditioning unit. I decided to just turn it off to get a good night sleep, but that mightn't be an option for a hot and humid night.

Location is great, very accessible and near SM City mall. Clean with good service.

Ok for the price! It’s a decent place to stay, especially for travelers who just need a comfortable place to rest. The location is convenient, the room is clean, and the staff are polite. Don’t expect luxury, but it’s good value overall.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.

Mango Suites Hotel never fail to impressed me from rooms, their foods, the location and of course the staff who’s very accommodating and welcoming to all their guests. Special thanks also to Ms. Kaye and Ms. Joan and Sir JR with their warmth greetings to me. It was a perfect time for me staying this kind of hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The bed was cozy and comfy, The location is absolutely stunning. I’d highly recommend this hotel whether you’re solo, couples or family. I’m surely come back soon. 👍 Giving a 5 ⭐️ for this property.

good for an overnight stay

Very accommodating staff.

Hotel staff service was good when you needed to do laundry or ironing. Turnaround for laundry and ironing was fast within a day. Hotel is a 5 minutes walk away from SM shopping mall.

Room is good, it has two beds so good for two people. Location is accessible to airport, SM Cauayan, terminals, restaurants, places to visits and a lot more. You can say, i's in the heart of the city. Highly recommended.
