Kalipayan Resort

I do not know what has happened to this resort. My last stay summer 2023 was very good but this time December 2023 was not a good experience. The place is run down, shared the room with huge cockroaches, it was unkept and run down, and the staff were something else. All they seemed interested in was getting money, even standing outside the window saying can we pay a bill, 3 weeks and have to say will never stay there again. I was made to feel unwelcome, the cleaning was a joke, you pay for family members to use the pool, the restaurant was excellent, clean, wonderful staff and served us so well. However, the other staff were unhelpful at times rude. I would recommend a Hotel in the City, for what you pay this run-down resort is just not worth it. I did complain and hope they improve this resort, we were the only guests most of the time and now I know why.
