Prime Cappadocia Suites

We stayed here for a couple of nights between Istanbul and Antalya to see the hot air balloons and the many other amazing sights Cappadocia has to offer. We arrived late (around 3am) but were able to check in no problem. The cave room had character with the stone bedroom and bathroom which was a different and pretty cool experience. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was all fine, however the shower was broken. We didn’t bother mentioning this as we only had a short stay and didn’t want to be moved again, but it is something we’d expect should be checked before new guests check in to the room. There was a rooftop terrace where we could have watched the balloons but it was a little tired looking and could have done with a revamp, so we booked a trip to see them from the top of the valley which was 100% worth the money (would definitely recommend!) The location was good although a little far away from the main town, so a lot of the excursions wouldn’t come to collect us which was a shame. We did manage to find some in the end after some searching. Due to being a little further out, there were only a couple of restaurants around which was fine for us as we were only there for 2 nights. It perhaps wouldn’t be ideal for a longer stay. The breakfast option at the hotel was pretty basic - coffee, cheeses and cold meats but fine for our purposes. The staff were friendly and helpful enough but we had limited interactions with them. Overall, a good experience and good value for money.

Trip Hazard I have several concerns with this hotel. Prima Cappadocia. Mainly health and safety issues despite repeatedly raising these concerns with them. Absolutely nothing was done to rectify the situation. For eg on one of the terraces near my bedroom, there was a drainage hole on the floor that had been left open which I tripped and fell into it causing me to graze and bruise my ankle. I had to put a table around it to stop other people from falling into it as well. The hotel management did not bother about it. Power Cut Repeated power failures throughout the Saturday and the Sunday of our stay occurred during these evenings. One of those failures happened whilst I was in the shower. A sudden power failure occurred whilst I was showering. The shower wall bracket was broken (again this was mentioned but nothing was done) - the shower head fell and landed on the hot/cold lever of the shower which scolded my feet which burnt and left marks on my toes. Picture attached as proof of evidence to support my statement. My friends informed the hotel owner about this and yet the shower bracket was not fixed. Cave was dark, power of the water was too high, water was on it was boiling water you had to step aside to stop getting burnt. Asked for extra heater he said he would bring it but never happened asked what happened and asked for another room, he said he doesn’t have another room saw a lot of people check out which meant there was a room available which he didn’t give to me. Was cold and couldn’t sleep in the room, she had to sleep with me.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a decent variety. Views from the terrace were amazing. The hotel is also close to some tasty restaurants and little shops where you can buy souvenirs. 10/10 would recommend.

i have been here for my honeymoon, the rooms are equipped with many necessities also it is very clean. the employees are very helpful, thoughtful and kind. i had an unforgettable vacation, big thanks to Prime Cappadocia Suites and their staff!

The trip was fantastic! A very beautiful view from the terrace (you can see all the ballons ). The food is delicious , the room are very good in a modern way of Kapadokya. The service is perfect 👍 Good people here and a lot of good restaurants and touristic places. You can very easily and cheap take a lot of activities at the hotel reception. For example the balloon tour, ATV ride, horse ride, red or green tour with special guide. A super nice experience in the Kapadokya Prime Suites ! Thank you!!!
