I'm here this moment and this place is very good. The staff is amazing, beach is beautiful' room is clean and food and drinks are nice. Thank you so much to Annelys and Jennifer in Customer Service for all help and invite me to special dinner for Repeat Guest, was amazing. I will come back soon.

Feb 2025 5 night stay with Air Canada, Solid 3/5. We paid way too much for this vacation. 1220 pp was steep for cuba. I felt it was quite cold at like 26-27 degrees with strong winds, but that is no ones fault. I was unable to enjoy the beach with this weather. Food-was great, i was pleased. My expectations were low, so this surpassed it. I especially enjoyed the desserts, beach snack bar with fried plantain and fish- YUM. We do not eat meat so the fish was enough. We were treated to a special air canada dinner which the food tasted very good. The ambience was nice. However it was set in the pool, which it was too cold to be in the evening. I felt bad for myself and the staff to have to be in the pool. The idea and thought was nice but it wasnt practical. Ambience-I was expecting more warmth, hospitality and friendliness. I felt it was lacking. The lobby is nice, pools are good. Beach is beautiful, lots of space to play in the sand and water. Staff work tirelessly to clean seaweed and debris. Ordering drinks at the bar you feel like you're bothering some of the staff, the way they look at you at times. This was uncomfortable. I saw 2 shows during our time there, it wasnt every night. The shows were nice and kids disco was encouraging which i liked. Room-was uncomfortable. The ants were endless. The beds and pillows were not the best. It was clean aside from the ants. There was enough space to put all of our things. Decorated nicely. Garden view was fine. Ernesto from customer service was especially helpful and kind in getting our room cleaned and eventually changed for us due to the ants. He also helped book reservations for the restaurants. Thank you Ernesto! Umberto was friendly and helped us get fresh coconuts and coconut water. Thank you! Please tip or give what you can to the workers! Deannalise was lovely! I wish i met her sooner, we met on our last day there. She was kind, helpful and genuine. All the best Deannalise! We did the horse and carriage ride to a charming farm. The gentleman who took us was kind and friendly. I wish i remembered his name. Thank you! We walked to the market closeby and did the lobset dinner at the restaurant nearby. It was pretty good, prices a little steep. Very beautiful view. Taxi services were helpful. Overall, I would not return to this resort due to the overall ambience and the rooms. I do look forwars to returning to Cuba elsewhere.

Had an incredible time at this resort with 22 other women. The staff were amazing. They made us feel welcomed, comfortable and safe. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a variety of food choices and was never hungry. (I gained a few pounds) The entertainment staff was spectacular! They worked so hard and did such an outstanding job. We made new friends and great memories!

Disnay was awesome. He was so friendly and kept our room beautiful and clean. The resort is nicely kept. We upgraded our room to view the ocean. It was more updated. The furniture was nicer and the fridge and shower worked. Food was good. A bit repetitive. Cappuccinos rock!

Hello. This is my sixth stay at the hotel, and I'm glad I chose it. The staff is wonderful, the food is delicious, and there's a good variety. It's a safe place, and they always make you feel at home. Many thanks to the Public Relations department for inviting me to the repeat guests' dinner held on the beach. The food was delicious and the service was very good. Thanks to the chefs, the service staff, and Ernesto and Annelys.

Beautiful beaches. Awesome accommodation for 25 ladies that came to have fun. Amanda took the experience over the top with an exclusive appetizer and entertainment experience for us. Fantastic staff! The typical shortages. Make it your own fun and resort will appreciate and return the fun to their abilities. I hope to return.

We stayed in room 3301 during our time at the hotel and had an unpleasant incident with the buffet captain. His attitude towards us was rude and unprofessional. Additionally, he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, as the smell was noticeable. We asked a friend who works at the hotel, and she confirmed that this individual is the buffet captain, which deeply surprised us. It's hard to understand how someone with such poor attitude and behavior could hold a leadership position. To make matters worse, we know several friends who had similar issues with the same captain, and we personally witnessed him mistreating the waitresses. These hardworking individuals put great effort into keeping the hotel clean, and witnessing such behavior was truly disheartening and unpleasant. We hope that measures will be taken regarding this issue, as we truly loved the hotel and would like to return. However, we would prefer to avoid the buffet if this situation persists. We want to thank the kitchen team for their kindness and hard work in providing a great variety of food and ensuring customer comfort. The customer service was excellent, and the beach was beautiful, which we greatly enjoyed.

This is a very good choice for a reasonably priced AI. The beach was beautiful. Do bring water shoes though, the dead reef out front is definitely no fun to walk on in bare feet. If you are into fishing, go see the guys by the catamarans to your left as you look at the ocean, they can take you out for a very memorable day if the weather is right! Speaking of fish, make sure to get some fish and plantain chips at the beach bar, Mom and I both agree it was the best thing to eat on the resort. Other memorable bites include the tuna sandwiches and burgers at the snack bar, the turkey at the buffet, and the fresh fruit in the morning. The pools are nice too, perfect temp, and the entertainment staff were great! The bartenders poured good drinks. The ladies at the cigar store were lovely. I had a really good trip and would come back in a heartbeat if it were a similar price!

Went down for our yearly family vacation. We have been multiple times to cuba for vacations at different parts resorts and beaches, so iam well aware of the shortage of certain items during our multiple stays. What iam not okay with our last trip is the lack of service from the staff especially from the bartenders, we are not heavy drinkers but do enjoy the simple drinks that are offered in this type of setting for example a pinacolada, rum and coke. Simple drinks that anyone with the minimum experience could mix... Not only were they horrible but the staff was very rude and the lack of care or even claims that the they did not speak any English when there main tourist groups are Canadian. and they only want American currency does not make any sense to me?? Overall still love going to cuba for there beaches but otherwise from the airport to the hotel staff not much good can be said! Even local people that spent the weekend at the resort beach left beer cans and bottles in the water that my son collected on his snorkelling outings that was able to fill a large garbage bag.

This is my 4th time here & I will keep coming back. The staff is like family here!! We always keep in touch & they take such good care of us when we visit. The food was great. The hotel is very clean. Best service from Annelys. Irina at kids club is so great with our kids & Calderon in entertainment is awesome. Time flies at this resort & not to forget the beautiful beach. The most beautiful one I visited in Cuba so far. Love this place. You won't regret it.

I was in this hotel just 3 days ago and honestly it was the best choice, it has good cleaning, it is very close to the airport and always has good food, the beaches are very clean, in the snack there is always good fast food, there are always fries and hamburger, tuna, chicken, the staff is very friendly and the customer service could undoubtedly say that it was the best of the hotel, I want to thank Jennifer very much for the customer service, I went to report a small problem that I had throughout my stay and she solved it in less than 20 minutes, the other customer service are still great, I will definitely come back, I want to see you guys again, great vacation

I'm still in the hotel, I want to talk about how beautiful this hotel is, I usually go to Santa Maria but honestly I don't regret having found this hotel, I was encouraged to come by the comments of some friends, I want to highlight the cleanliness of the beaches, the buffet has very varied food and is always very good especially in the afternoon, the customer service girls Jennifer and Anelis are incredible I wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday and it was spectacular she was very happy, without a doubt I will return in August to celebrate my wedding anniversary, thank you paraisooo!!!

Our trip was very good: basic food, clean beaches, really friendly bartenders. Hendry at the beach has a great sense of humor, and Carlos at the pool will brighten your day. We thank Amanda for the Hemingway Plaza experience. The buffet staff are also very good. If you want to feel like you're part of a family, this is your place.

This is my 7th times in this hotel and I have to say that is AMAZING !!!!today we have a special dinner and it was incredible, the beach is very clean and all the staff is awesome ,I want to say that annelys ,Jennifer and Ernesto from customer service are the best ,they've a beautiful smile and always gives you the best results, I want to say thanks to lady from the lobby ,thanks for everything playa paraiso
