Fifty years ago on April 26th we spent our wedding night at the Brae Loch Inn. So, we decided to visit again. We love the ambiance and sincere customer service. Excellent accommodations, and very cool dining experience in the basement. An authentic Scottish Inn.

Such a lovely Inn! It is so cozy and inviting . The staff is amazing. Our server. Katie was the best. Just the right amount of attention. We had dinner in the downstairs dining room due to inclement weather. Very private booths and quite romantic The breakfast had gluten free options, fresh cut fruit, amazing pastries. Our second night of our stay we stopped by the Pub in the lower level. Lisa is a wonderful bartender, so warm and inviting. We opted to eat there and she was very helpful in selecting a menu item that could be prepared gluten-free. Our room was wonderful, comfy bed, warm fireplace and a great view! Housekeeping staff were very helpful and pleasant to chat with! This was our second visit and we will be returning soon!

Our most favorite place to stay! Our stays have been consistently perfect—if you ever have a chance, book a weekend getaway package. Excellent value for your money. Great atmosphere, clean rooms, wonderful food. Please don’t change a thing! We love Brae Loch Inn!!!

We had a lovely stay at this charming B&B. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was convenient and peaceful, and breakfast was a nice touch each morning. While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, it could benefit from a few updates to match the overall warmth and quality of the service. That said, the genuine hospitality more than made up for it. We'd definitely consider staying again and recommend it to those looking for a cozy, friendly getaway.

If you need generic hotel comforts, this is probably not the ideal place for you (though all the basics are provided and are perfectly acceptable). BUT if you are looking for charm, atmosphere, and a memorable experience - and you are a fan of all things Scottish - this is your place. Great vibes, great bar and food, and terrific location. I would definitely return!

It’s wonderful to find a treasure like the Brae Loch Inn. From the moment you walk in, you feel the strength, character and charm of Scotland. The staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. The room “Royal Stewart” was impeccably clean, quiet and comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying there again.

A very welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted by the lovely concierge who offered us a complementary glass of scotch or sherry. Very comfortable beds! The only drawback is that our room was in the addition, and right over the kitchen vent. So it did smell a little like grease while the kitchen was open. And there was a band that we could hear from the room, but not late. The continental breakfast was wonderful! Highly recommend staying here.

A charming and cozy stay! The rooms are clean and inviting, with lovely bath products that add a special touch—it truly feels like home. Breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the cream sherry at check-in is such a warm and welcoming treat. A wonderful experience overall!

My husband and I loved the building, the dark wood, the Scottish decor. We appreciated the beautiful art and books available to peruse as well. The staff were friendly as well. We had an excellent meal at the restaurant too. Having lived in Scotland, getting a taste of haggis again was a bonus!
