Crown Regency Hotel & Towers

During our stay NO HOT WATER! We were moved 3 times on different rooms. The first room they gave us was occupied. The 2nd room no waters coming out in the shower and the tap then you can see the floor looks very dirty (waited until midnight to be moved on different room). The 3rd room was a bit better but the shower drainage doesn't work properly. Very old building and lots of construction happening inside. All in all, wasn't happen during our stay. Not recommended!

Nice spot for Sinulog but we was really disappointed for this hotel! It’s not worth it of what we paid for! No power, no water, we supposedly stay there for 3nights but when we checked in the room is too small! Broken toilet door and front door, broken kettle, doesn’t flush the toilet and dirty, no Bath mat, it was really horrible.We end up not staying there, we canceled our 1night after Sinulog.

It's clean...I love the indoor pool and the service.

The property is very old and tired, construction it seems is going on esp at level 19 where you have to transfer to another lift to go to floors 20 and up. That area itself is like a scende from a scary movie- the white cloth covering the other side,the other side where you will see a gate looks abandoned and its really like a condemn building with ceiling boards about to fall down. The lift has no aircon and no sihmahe to let ypunknow whixh floor you are at only an automated voice recording when you reach level 19. The lift is not only scary but it closes very fast ,you literally have to move that fast to go in, even with someone holding the button. Room- clean and big, again what i see is the maintenance. Toilet is not flushing, called 2x to have it fix my husband has to go to looby to pass motion. Tv no remote, then no signal. Sink was choked ,we brush our teeth in the shower. We were not given proper information about: lift that needs to transfer to another floor to reach our floor, we thoughtbwe are in a wrong building, key activated lights - FD only issued one key, when we request for one more we were told room does not need to insert key its auto but its wrong. We even have to show to Hskpg attendant for them to send us one more key. Towels are colored dark gray already- breakfast looks una appetizing and not worth it. Overall, scary hotel and tooooo worn out not maintained at all.

Lot of cockroach , the toilet smells urine all over the floor even if we clean it using soap.. the blanket has stain and the aircon stop in the middle of the night. The creepiest hotel we’ve stayed here in cebu. Specially going to the pool.
