Bayfront Hotel Cebu North Reclamation recensioner

I choose Bayfront North Reclamation due to its great location to most places that we planned to visit. Nearby SM and city area. In addition this is very accessible to buses to and from airport.  Although rooms are not so maintained, but when we request for housekeeping to clean our room they act fast enough. Breakfast however is jam packed even as early as 7am. Overall Bayfront is good choice for us.

All I can say about this hotel is that my wife, brother-in-law, and I were disappointed with our four-night stay here. First, the cleanliness was terrible. The towels were so dirty that they had turned black instead of white and should have been thrown away. Second, for two days, we didn’t request housekeeping, but when we did call the hotel reception to ask for fresh bedsheets and room cleaning for both rooms, we returned in the evening to find that the bedsheets had not been changed—only tidied up—and the bathroom and room were not cleaned at all. The same bedsheets were still there, unchanged. The next day, we requested cleaning again for both rooms, but when we returned, we found that housekeeping had completely ignored our request. We were extremely disappointed. This is the first time we have encountered such poor hotel management despite staying in many hotels before. I will never stay here again and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Very good hotel. There are many choices for breakfast. The location is also very good. There is SM nearby. I will choose this hotel again next time I go to Cebu.🥰The downside is that the TV is very small.

The location is very accessible. Close to the mall and school. Been staying at this hotel a couple of times. Staffs are friendly and polite. Although the hotel is good in general their linens and towels are too old.

room was dirty and poor customer service. food was average even its kitchen staffs are not that welcoming. tv has 700+ channels but you can only watch atleast 10 active channels. good thing wifi was fast.

The hotel is always our first choice in Cebu beacause of its location. The food is also good as well as their service.

Had a great stay at Bayfront Hotel North Reclamation. Location is great because its north bus terminal and sm cebu is only in front of the hotel which is very convenient.

As the regular patron for this hotel due to their close proximity to the port area and mybus that service toward airport and close to SM mall, few changes has been notices, if your 2 person and had a breakfast you need both to go down in person can no longer pack 1 portion for your sleeping companion that lady in the restaurant is very unpolite. Check in process still not very fast and easy limited house cleaner as it take too long before can clean. They request 1000 pesos for deposit. this hotel has been very crowded now, kids running outside the room and screaming. The bed is good firm comfortable and soft pillows, spacious room bidet in the bathroom, the food is not very appeticing but a few selection.

The room was very clean and the people was very nice and very acomadating

Lights were turning on and off when I tried to insert the keycard for power. Pillowcases have stains.

Its very near in the SM where we can take meals and do some shopping
